Pink & Green Lawn Care & Landscaping

We were getting ready to have a wedding at the house for my daughter. We called Pink and Green to help us get the property in shape. Luke came out and offered some great ideas. He emailed us the design the following day. His guys installed it the next week and it came out amazing. The colors of the ground orchids even matched my daughter's dress. My neighbor is now using Pink and Green to redesign their yard.

Overall completely satisfied. My front yard was transformed completely, providing lots of color. I would say Pink and Green was a joy to work with. Hassle free. Everything Luke said he would do he did. Jennifer and her crew were so professional from beginning to end.

Actual landscaping was adequate however found them to be overpriced. Felt like whole project was kind of "hit and run." No formal contract, quick paper and pencil of proposed landscaping plan....Overcharged my credit card by $400 which took MONTHS to get back. If it wasn't for the help of employee Jennifer I probably still wouldn't have gotten my $400 back. Very disappointed, particularly on the business side if Pink and Green. Would not recommend or use again.

My husband and I hired Pink and Green to do regular lawn maintenance for our home in Tamarac about 4 years ago. At first, they were exactly what we needed: a quick and simple reasonably priced lawn trim. However, as time went on, they began getting sloppier. They were constantly breaking our sprinkler heads and their quality of work was decreasing. We had been paying customers up until April of this year. Then, with no notice or reason, they discontinued our service without our permission and with no notification. When I called to speak to someone regarding this, I was told over and over again that either a manger or someone from the accounting department would be calling me soon. This went on for a week straight. Now it has been at least 2 weeks since my last attempt to speak to someone at this company and I have still not heard back from anyone. I have never heard of a company behaving in such an unprofessional way. I would not recommend them as they are not reliable, professional, or consistent in their quality of work.

Very well; Carlos did what he said he would do and on time as well...too many other people that we contacted for the tree trimming did not.

They were supposed to give me an estimate for expanding and replacing the driveway from asphalt to pavers, building retaining walls and trimming and or replacing front yard plants. The technician showed up on time but had no identification except for his shirt with the company name on it. He arrived with nothing in his hands to take down any information or provide me with documentation. When I made a comment to verify he was with the company he said, well yes I am with the company but I suppose anyone could be here to break into your house. I then told him well I have a gun in an attempt to try and get him to back down. He responded was asking me what kind. I tried to move past this uncomfortable conversation and asked him to complete the estimate and quote.He then became very unprofessional and did not explain the process very well. I then asked about another tech and he informed me, while using foul language, that he was fired etc. We then moved on to the plants and he told me that he would not guarantee the plants would live and the plants will look like S*** at first. At this point I was done with this company and asked him to leave.

They did a nice job, but they were very expensive. I was overcharged for the large ornamental rock they put in the lanai and for some of the plants.

I bought their $1300 package on Angies List which Pink and Green Lawn Care did not want to honor without me spending thousands more. The first design they created was for $8500 and the second for $2500. They sent me an email response stating if I was not willing to pay the difference between the $1300 and their design estimate I would need to contact Angie's List for a refund; however, it had been more than 30 days so no refund was possible. I had to get Angie's List Complaint Resolution involved to force the company to honor the package they advertised and/sold on Angie's List. The installers who came out, were punctual, but stated they usually only work on $10K jobs, which is apparently why they had no interest in honoring the $1300 package offered on Angie's List. I have enclosed pictures of the final job which only covered about 2/3 of the front of the house, for a price of $1300. Pink and Green Lawn Care created a negative and frustrating experience which was unnecessarily stressful and I regret having anything to do with this company.

I called them and provided my property's address. They came back to me within an hour. They quoted me $180 a month. This price is extremely high considering that my front yard is about 200 sq.ft. and the easement between my property and the lake is smaller. I've got better quotes for the same service, between $75 and $100 a month.

They never showed up for the appointment and when we called they didn't answer the phone.

Pink and Green trimmed multiple large trees in my yard and when I had some concerns about the trimming, the company had their crew come back to address and resolve my concerns in a satisfactory manner. They perform quality service and work, but it is their customer service (and their goal in satisfying the customer) that makes this company exceptional. They were professional in every way, which is hard to come by. I would definitely recommend this company.

Very professional. They called a couple of times to set up an appointment. The came over and did a nice design and gave us a printout with a proposal of the plants and prices.

Very well, they were prompt, responsive, and thorough in both the work and the clean up afterwards.

They did a nice job on the backyard. After they finished, I remembered the sod and noticed it hadn’t been in the contract. I called them twice about it, realizing it would be done at an additional cost. They never responded

The workers did a good job on all areas. Had to have them back to reposition some plants that were planted too close together. The thing that bothered me the most was that I was charged $200 for a large rock in the lanai. They wanted to give me two rocks but at that outrageous price I said only give me one. About a month and a half later, I decided to move closer to my daughter, so I moved to Boynton Beach. My new home needed new landscaping and this landscaper was terrific! He did an exceptional job and the large rocks that were used were only $60 each! Then I knew I was extremely over charged by Pink and Green.

Their communications with me was non-existent.

All went as agreed. However smaller cuts were placed with large cuts untagged. Thusly when our bulk service picked up all the small cuts came loose and remains left all over.

They were terrific. You had a specific amount of hours for specific price. I told them what i wanted and they did it and it was great. I called them out again and the second time maybe a year past and all of sudden the guys comes out with a clipboard and my 200 price was up to 800 or 1000. I said you can leave now, i dont know whats going on and I found someone else who did it for less then the first time.

We are BEYOND happy with Pink and Green. Too often follow up goes by the wayside in south Florida. Too often businesses ignore or don't seem to care about the job they are contracted to do and the final result. Pink and Green is no such business. Hurricane Irma was a terrible challenge for landscapers, but Pink and Green kept following up and we felt special even though we weren't that big a job. Once complete they stood by their work! We 100% recommend Pink and Green without reservation.

Call them to get a free estimate and they gave me a date and time that did not work for me. They did not offer alternatives to find a date that will work for both parties. I have decided to look for another company.

Lawn service had been missed due to scheduling glitch and owner took care of getting the crew out that same day.

the guys they sent were great they went to work and completed the job. The yard looks good.

They were to showed up between 7:30 and 8:30 am. They arrived at 8:30, so on time. They gave an estimate, and when approved, went right to work. The payment was supposed to $200/hour, and they estimated 1.5 hours. We agreed on $300. Efficient, quick, and did a good job leaning up afterwards. Very professional. Actual work time was 1 hour, maybe a few minutes more. I was very satisfied with the work, and the very quick, 1 day response. I would use them again.

Great, they provided a wonderful design. They were timely and professional.
