They are very professional and conscientious. They keep the property looking really nice. They take care to do edging and skimming the pool. They provide good customer service and check in to see if there is anything else that needs to be done.

I wasn't so crazy about it. They were supposed to give me a much more comprehensive plan and it really just felt like they were selling additional services. They were supposed to provide a landscaping plan but I didn't walk anything like that. I got a map but it wasn't very specific. It was more like, 'if you want to go forward, then we can do the landscaping offer for $2000.' I wouldn't use them again in future.

The crew worked very hard to get my yard back into shape, now it looks better than ever.

Pink and Green exceeded our high expectations. (From scheduling of appointment to final product!) When I called to schedule an appointment, someone answered immediately and was able to give me an appointment the very next day. Scott came out as promised and was very knowledgeable in his field. I needed removal of old trees, brush, plants etc as well as advice for a new, up to date look in front yard with low maintenance to me. I gave Scott an idea of what I was looking for but asked him to please give his professional input and recommendations as this is not my field of expertise :) I let him know that I wanted it to look very nice, however, I needed low maintenance plants/trees as well as affordable to my budget. He gave me several good options and was a great help in making my final choices. He even helped with the color suggestions because I like to trust the professionals whenever I am having work done around the house. I felt confident that he was giving honest advice and came across as easily trustworthy. Scott arrived on time for estimate appointment and did not make me feel pressured to make any decisions that day. He was punctual, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and very professional. The price sounded reasonable for the work needed. I decided that I didn't even want to get a couple more estimates as I would normally do because I knew this was the right crew for the job. For that reason, I hired Pink and Green on the spot. He asked how soon I needed the work to be completed. I responded that I wasn't really in a rush and I would take whatever they had available coming up. Pink and green shockingly responded that the work would be complete before I got home from work in less than a day's time, that very same week! Pink and Green fulfilled all that was promised prior to the job. What a pleasant surprise it was to pull in my driveway after a long week at work to such a beautiful display of art! I was completely thrilled! Not to mention all of the neighbor's compliments. The office staff was extremely courteous, helpful, friendly and professional as well. I would definitely use this company again in the future when needed. Hopefully, I can keep everything looking as neat as it looks today for a long time. (Otherwise, I will be calling Pink and Green to help me out :) Thanks so much for a job well done Pink and Green! Keep it up.

On time professional and cost effective

Excellent!! Prompt, courteous and very professional. Overall a very good experience I highly recommend them.

Started off really well. Landscaping looked beautiful and I was really excited to use them for my lawn service as well and was even willing to overpay for the quality I was expecting. I picked the $50.00 lawn package which includes trimming, cut and weed service. My issue was that the weeds seemed to never been tended to since my first service. I did email them several times and each time I was promised it would be done, needless to say it never was. Months after my ignoring it because I just didn't want the hassle I called and I spoke to the owner Lana who reassured me she was on it and gave me her word that it would be done. Sure enough like the previous times it was not. Watching the surveillance video of the last time they were here it showed they completed the job in 10 minutes having not even looked at my driveway or flower bed areas for weeds. Her foreman came to the house to look at the weeds and she called me after she got some pictures from the property from him. This call she was hostel, speaking over me and very annoyed. She made ridiculous excuses about why it wasn't done and then told me to find someone else to cut my lawn. I guess that was easier then actually providing the service that I pay for. Such a disappointment really since I did plan to use them on the landscaping in my backyard over the summer. Classless customer service and total lack of respect for the hard earned money that goes out to them. Very sad it wasn't handled better by them.

The guys came in and did a thorough clean-up of my property. They needed no help with what to do. Now my yard looks fresh and tidy.

Great team work; very courteous, respectful and extremely professional. The job consisted of climbing on to my roof in order to cut the overhanging branches. The tree trimmer along with the crew just pulled out a ladder and with a huge smile climbed up the two story house and just began to cut. He was very meticulous in not damaging the roof and ensuring the branches did not fall onto it. All the branches fell onto the yard. They were immediately gather, chopped and placed in the truck. The tree trimmer also had to climb trees to ensure the all limbs did not overhang over the sidewalk. Again, with a big smile on his face, he just went about his job. Within 3 hours the job was completed. The yard was left cleaner than when they arrived and they all left with a smile. It was admirable unselfish teamwork. I will hire this company again. Thank you.

Every time they came I had to call the office to tell them that all the leaves were in bunches on my property but was never removed. 3 times that happened, the last straw was when they rescheduled my appointment without telling me until I called to say that no one showed up they told me that I was rescheduled to the day that did not work for me and the answer that I got from the owner Lana was "Well then you have to wait until the next time they come to your area" (2weeks) When I expressed my concern about their behavior and work ethics and that It's nor right the way they treat their clients the answer I got from Lana was "Sorry there is nothing I can do for you"At that point I ended our working relationship and asked them to return my key to my property. It has been over 2 weeks and numerous phone calls and still no key. THE POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER DELT WITH.

The overall project exceeded our expectations. Due to our busy schedules in trying to set a meeting date and time, Scott went out of way to meet with us on a Sunday afternoon to discuss the project and to go over our requirements. Upon providing the designs for our review there was immediate follow-up to answer question and look for feedback. From the start of the project, Scott and Valentine was at the job site before time. At the close of the project Jennifer contacted us and was as excited about the finish product as we are!

I initially started using pink and green based on the large number of positive reviews they have received. In the beginning there were a few items that I wanted handled differently i.e. trimming certain items, etc. What I really liked about the company was that they contacted me to make sure things were as I was expecting. when I brought up the items I wanted to change, they came over that day, walked around the property and noted the request. A day or two after with my normal service everything was exactly as I had requested. I really appreciated that they were working to make the service fit what I was looking for and also at a very reasonable price.

I purchased a $1300 landscape package which included labor and 40 plants. They came out and gave me an estlmate of what it would cost. Because the area was large, they added many more plants, included a truckload of soil, weed paper and mulch and the price increased by $2,200 for a total of $3,500.00. Due to many delays, it took me almost a year to get the sprinkler system fixed with a different company. I decided to make the area needing landscape smaller by cutting square footage to possibly save money and lower the estimate. When I got the second landscape estimate, the amount increased by $3639 (total amount $4,939.00) but did not include any soil, no weedpaper and no mulch. At this point, i felt i had no choice but to proceed with the estimate since i had already invested $1300 in this company and had not done anything yet. Dummy me i should have grabbed the first estimate. Now I had to purchase my own soil for $200 and i ended up not laying weedpaper nor mulch. The workers were very good, they were punctual and came when they said they would and did work hard. However, i would not recommend prepaying for a package like i did for $1300. It felt i had given the money away. The plants I got were nothing special (crotons, trinetts, red button ginger, and couple others) - no WOW factor here. I bought two large sculptures and additional plants on my own to try to give it more pizzaz . When i look at the plants i got from them, Im angry at having paid close to 5 grand !

They cut our grass monthly and provide trimming.

Pink and Green has landscaped my entire yard and they also maintain my lawn. Here are some of the qualities I like about them: - friendly, professional service - punctual - affordable - high quality - great crews They just landscaped the area around my BBQ and gazebo which was essentially crabgrass. It looks simply lovely now. The crew was so dedicated, spent the entire day here making sure the job was well done. They prepared the area, planted, and did a very thorough job cleaning up. One thing I especially like about Pink and Green is that most of their employees have been there for years and have nothing but praise for the owners of the company. It is obvious they are treated well which is why they stay. It is also obvious that because they are treated well, they take pride in their work and do what they can to deliver beyond expectations. I would highly recommend Luke and his crew for landscaping and lawn maintenance. They now also offer tree trimming and pressure washing for pavers and rooftops which is great because I can avoid the risk of hiring an unfamiliar vendor that does not to deliver to expectations.

The appointment was made & the estimator was very punctual. We discussed the needs to resolve a soil erosion problem. Within a few days a written proposal outlining a Phase I scope was provided. We agreed to terms & arrangements were made to begin immediately the following week. The crew along with site foreman arrived early and began work. The crew worked diligently the whole day and prepared everything for the installation of new road rock sub-base, topsoil and sod. They also installed 2 new 4" drains to off flow heavy rain water that was tied to roof gutter system. The scope of work was completed in 3 days. This company has a thorough client end user structure to maintain their schedule, and client approval from start to finish. I myself have a 32+ year company and understand the principles in providing a service that is required to meet client approval. Pink & Green Landscaping has all these attributes required to manage a top notch operation. Their office staff, management & site crews provide a pleasant working relationship with their clients. There was never a moment where any question or discussion on the scope of work wasn't managed in a professional manner. I recommend Pink & Green Landscaping services to anyone looking for a complete project done with utmost quality. We are planning on utilizing their services again soon for our Phase II scope.

The recommendations were weak (not worth $100) and didn't entirely align with my goals.

Scott, our designer, listened to our request for color, scent, butterfly loving plants.? We wanted curves and harmony in the plantings and patio.?He listened carefully and had lots of suggestions regarding which plants to put where.?He drew up a plan, we tweaked it here and there and were really happy that they could start within a couple of days.? ?He was in close communication with the crew and with us ?the entire project even though he was on vacation. ?The crew who did the work arrived early, started to work immediately, and often worked well into the evening.? The foremen worked alongside the crew, they were always responsive, courteous and careful.? I was home everyday and can attest to their pride in their work.? Some of the work was back breaking (removing concrete tiles from the old patio for instance) but they were unflagging in both effort and commitment to the improvements.? I also appreciate the crew's experience and helpfulness when a question came up, or a suggestion for an improvement.? The foremen, Valentine or Robbie, would check with me, then run any change by the Scott or Jennifer.? Each of the workmen represented the company exceedingly well.? They were very friendly and helpful every step of the way.? I speak Spanish, so was able to interact with each of the workers easily, and was impressed by their integrity.? The foremen spoke English and communication was seamless.? As the initial job was coming to an end, my husband and I were so happy with the results that we decided to add a pathway along the other side of the house for full access.? We will have the company maintain this wonderful garden and look forward to really enjoying our new back yard.

A few weeks ago I wrote an unfavorable review because things were not done the way they were promised. I was disappointed. A few days after the review Jennifer from the office called to see if there was anything that could be done. She seemed to really care about the business, which I can't say for other people in the business. She arranged for the workers to come out and deliver on what was promised. I really appreciated her efforts to solve the situation. More businesses need these Jennifer's who care about their business' reputation. .

They are my regular maintenance company, they as a periodic follow up to make sure service is going well, I requested tree trimming, they came out quickly and did a great job!

The team that came to my house worked hard. We had some problems with the sprinkles but jennifer took care of everything to resolve the issue ASAP. She was on top of the guys who had to fix the problem and they did it.

I called on a Saturday expecting to leave a message, but a very professional lady answered the phone. She told me I would be contacted by two different individuals for quotes. The first would be for the lawn maintenance I was seeking, and the second was for the landscape project I wanted to begin. Unfortunately, I never received a call from either individual. You would think that since two people were supposed to contact me that I would have heard from one of them, but no such luck. It's a shame...I was very hopeful that with all the positive reviews, this would be a good company to work with. I have contemplated following up with them, but if you have problems just getting a quote, how likely is it they can complete a job to your satisfaction? 03/16/2016 Update: After posting my initial review above, I received an email from Lana, the owner of Pink & Green, requesting I give her a call. Lana apologized for the breakdown in communication, and is presently assisting me in obtaining the quotes I originally requested. I will be updating/adjusting my review accordingly as we move forward, and I am encouraged that Lana took immediate action and responsibility for the initial problem. Every business will have the occasional problem, but not every business owner takes steps to correct them.
