Pink and Green went above and beyond. Their services went well above my expectations. We plan on hiring them again for another project and will continue to use them for our lawn care maintenance.

It was great. On time and very detailed.

Overall it went well. I had an initial meeting with Scott, landscape designer, who showed me how the yard would be cleaned and prepped. He showed me areas that needed work that I hadn't identified and how to prepare the yard for future improvements. He was very throrough. He gave me an estimate on the spot and was very accommodating as far as getting the work done. I thought about it and decided to do the work in two phases. Scott reviewed the original plans and worked out a phased approach. I ok'd the phase one work and we scheduled the date. The workers came and were supervised by the crew chief who was very nice and accomodating and wanting to make sure everything was the way I wanted. They worked hard, especially under the Florida summer sun, and got the work done efficiently and successfully. However, there was a part of the job which entailed pressure cleaning after the work was done, which to this day, close to the month after the work was done has not been completed. I have had numerous interactions with their office manager and had had numerous assurances that they would come by given that their "machine" broke around the time my work was completed. But to this date nothing has been done regarding finishing the pressure cleaning work.

Pink and Green is a great reliable company. Their work is superb and they always make sure it is to your satisfaction. Their office staff and crew members are polite and courteous - always a pleasure to work with. I enjoy their monthly automatic bill payment system, so there is no need to worry about paying your bill. My favorite feature they offer is their monthly e-mails with your service dates for that month - there is a certain peace of mind that comes with knowing when to expect people on your property.

They did a good job. The only issue is they don't trim hedges above waist height. I had to hire a second service to take care of that. While they are not the cheapest, they are priced fairly.

Unfortunately, our experience with Pink & Green fell drastically short of our expectations. Communication with the office was arduous, they didn't show up when initially planned and when they did, the crew cut a large branch directly above our patio furniture that crashed directly through and broke that patio furniture. When we contacted the office to resolve the issue, we were advised via email that "we do not have any insurance for misc things like this," that we should have advised the crew that the branch might fall through our furniture (directly beneath it) and that "It is the customer's responsibility to prep the property and move things (furniture, pots, anything of value, etc) before worker's (sic) come to do service work." We absolutely understand that the unexpected happens, but also that the resolution to mistakes set quality, reputable companies apart from the others. Particularly due to the ($900) value of a table that was broken, we'll now have to spend more time & effort to recuperate some of our losses from the damages caused by Pink & Green.

This service didn’t go well. The guy was supposed to reset my timer and it was no good. I was not happy about it. I wasn’t impressed at all and I would not use them again.

Crew came, worked quickly and efficiently. Left my property trimmed and clean.

Did not go very, Came out and took a look at the yard, and then never came back out. I attempted to get back in contact with them and never heard back after 3 weeks.

The Crew did an amazing job for me. They came on the date I requested which I appreciated. I will definitely hire them in the future.

I am very happy with pink and green. They are always on time as scheduled and my lawn look great.

It went very well. The results were beyond our expectations and completely changed the appearance of our home. Our next door neighbor called the evening of the day the work was done to compliment us on it. We also have had other neighbors stop by when walking to compliment us on how great it looks. I have never used a professional landscaper before but this experience has convinced me it is worthwhile and worth the expense. The employees were very professional, polite and extremely hard working. The estimator/designer did an excellent job and helped us make selections that complimented our home and surroundings.

The crews that come out to mow the lawn know what they are doing; they comply with every request, and they take care of my property as if it was theirs. In addition, the personnel in the office is always there to answer questions. Karina, Erika and Hella are wonderful. Pink and Green is efficient service with a smile.

I have been with Pink and Green for some time now. The crews that come to mow the lawn and trim the bushes are excellent. They serve with a smile; they know what they're doing, and they take care of my property as if it was theirs. All requests are done with pleasure. They follow a schedule. In other words, they come every so many days, and my lawn always looks good. In addition, the personnel in the office is always helpful and respectful. Karina, Erika, and Hella are a pleasure to deal with. I give Pink and Green an A+.

The company came on date they said they were coming. The extra $5.00 per cut is to apply weedkiller which other companies don’t offer.

I just bought banked owned property and the whole house from the outside need to be fix. I liked these guys came and cleaned everything like they sade.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Set up appointment and came out to give the estimate. Moved forward and was scheduled for the work to be done the following week. The moved existing rock fill, placed in edging river rocks and cleaned up all the foliage and palms. Had them install underground drainage from rain spouts. So pleased with it I had them come back and install another one. I also had them trim all the Palm Trees at the same time. The three guys that came out worked unbelievable hard. Great work at a reasonable price. Highly recommend them!!

The entire process was excellent especially compared with the competition. They tore out ALL of my old landscaping and replaced everything. The job turned out even better than I expected. My wife was extremely pleased and happy with the result. No one else has ever achieved that level of satisfaction when it comes to our yard as far as my wife is concerned. I wanted the same company to do the landscaping and lawn maintenance. In the short time Pink and Green has been providing lawn care they have done an excellent job of fulfilling my expectations and an especially good job to this point in weed control which is a never ending process. So I am very pleased with Pink and Green and would definitely recommend them to others.

We have hired Pink & Green for about 18 months. They provide & schedule when they will arrive. Lawn is Maintained well.

I recently purchased a Townhouse Condo with a large fenced in patio. The landscaper arrived and viewed in-my-opinion an ugly jungle patio area. I told him I wanted it all gone except my palm trees and for it to look very simple. He said he could do a $1500.00 job and I told him I was only interested in a few hundred bucks. He said that would barely cover the cost of the gravel. We discussed my lawn maintenance options and he asked me directly if I will water and take care of it, and I told him I don't do yard work in which he picked plants based on my responses. He went to work in his mind, laying everything out where items would be planted. He then explained that the patio would be totally gutted and landscaped, and described what would go where. I was a bit more appreciative of the $800.00 price tag. It was obvious he was a pro, and he had been doing this for a while. The Angie's List deal was for a Landscaping rendering. Everything was verbal and sounded great, so I almost passed on the drawing. But I decided to have him sketch it anyway. Customer service called me within the hour and said they could work next day. The next day the work was completed, but I was not really happy because I knew something was missing but I couldn't put my finger on it. After another day, I checked the contract and they performed the service exactly as described per the terms of the contract. Then I remembered the drawing I had him sketch. He had mentioned two oversized boulders to make my patio "pop" but it wasn't listed on the contract. I called and stated the problem, and they rectified it. Those two boulders made the difference in my patio. As of this review, almost a month and a half after service, my patio still looks great except for one problem... out of the 4 replanted palm trees, 2 of them are dead.

Great service definitely will use them again. Very professional and great price.

Crew does a great job, my yard has never looked better!

Removed old shrubs and replaced them with lovely plants. When I first saw the plan, I wasn't sure about the plants they recommended. I decided to trust them and I'm glad I did. The new plantings are beautiful and really spice up the property. So many people have complimented the new landscaping. I would definitely use these folks again. As a matter of fact, I'm having a fence removed in the near future. I've already asked them to come back and add plants to the area where the fence is being removed.

The visit occurred on 3/4/2016 after I paid $109 for it. The contact person over the phone was very responsive and the gentleman that came was very polite. One thing that I found a little strange is that no measurements were taken of my backyard. He told me that day that I would be receiving a rendering or some sort of drawing, for a better idea of the work, in one week. I only got this almost a month after, on 3/30/15. I was told they had problems with the computer system, which I understand. I got a simple computer drawing and the budget for the work, which was $5500. I was expecting something less expensive and more of a wow factor, since this is a big investment for our family, but it was not. Only the 5 ligustrum trees (I had not asked specifically for ligustrum) were $2,250.00. The other plants were clusia and other regular plants you see everywhere, which is ok but I could not understand the price. It may be that they are not local but it said they could do work here. I will wait until we find a better proposal.
