Pink & Green Lawn Care & Landscaping

Very poor customer service. Took several calls and messages before they responded, then they promised to get back to me with an appointment. Never did, so I made more calls. Finally got someone out to my property to evaluate what I needed. He stated that his supervisor would provide me with a quote for the work. Two weeks later and still no quote. Gave up and called someone else. Can't evaluate the work since I never got any.

I called and set an appointment for an estimator to come and see my property. He came and told me that his office was going to get back to me with an estimate. They never called, so I called. The receptionist took my name and said the person who needs to speak to me was busy. Well, I am still waiting for my estimate. What a shame!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The workmen arrived on time and completed the work quickly. They were careful, courteous and professional in the work they performed. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Met with a Carlos who offered very little advice or suggestions after I told him what I wanted done, and only took a few photos when I suggested he might want them in working up his proposal. He left within maybe 10 min of being there. I never heard back from him or anyone else at this company. Very surprising to me as this was a pretty large job. I hired a more responsive and professional company to do the work.

Pink and Green did a great job with my yard! I needed them to completely tear up and clean out the yard on the side and back of my house as well as clean up my front lawn. They did a wonderful job! They went straight to work and had everything done in an hour. They even came out the next day to spray my pavers for weeds as it started raining the day they completed the work. I am very happy with their service and would highly recommend using Pink and Green!

Added some plants to the font of my home. Super affordable and their customer service is great! They were willing to answer all my questions so that I was comfortable spending my money with them. I'm usually a pretty tough sell but their skilled staff were very assuring and things are looking great!

From Beginning to end 100% satisfied. Answered my request quickly, scheduled me to meet with Carlos the following day and by Saturday my backyard was completely done in time for a small get together I was having. Awesome company by far!!

I just bought a new home and needed landscaping, lawn, yard work and trimming done. Jennifer was very helpful in getting a team out to my house and to get the job done. They planted plants, cleaned the property and trimmed all palms. I definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.

Our pool area was subpar to say the least. After having the complex pool totally redone do to leaks....Pink and Green came in and took our pool area to a whole new level. The beautiful landscape they installed around the pool deck and bbq area is absolutely amazing. We are all so happy to have such a beautiful area to enjoy what Miami Beach has to offer.

Pink and Green told me they would come out to provide me with a quote, and offered to come Saturday morning. Later in the week, they called to reschedule to Sunday because of a family emergency. I was more than happy to oblige, especially with the circumstances. The rep was supposed to be at the house at 11. He also confirmed the time while I was on the phone with the people in the office, as he was speaking with them in the background. I called at 11:20 to check on a status. At 12:05, the person called me saying he just got out of church and could swing by now. This is blatant disregard for my personal time, and is extremely disrespectful. To inconvenience me, and have me change plans to accommodate your emergency, and then to show up 1.5 hours late because you had personal things you felt were more important, is terrible customer service. When rescheduling initially, I told them we could push the date off for another week given the circumstances, but they insisted that 11am on a Sunday would be better. Their pricing is terrible, their service is a joke, and if you expect for someone to respect your time, you are contacting the wrong company. For a basic cut, and trimming of shrubs, it will be $200 a MONTH for this company, at the least (if they can do everything in one hour). There are an abundant amount of companies in South Florida, why waste your time with this one?

I contacted them because they had rave reviews however I was not satisfied. After they started, I had difficulty getting to return to continue service. I felt like I was being put on the back burner on several different occasions. I feel like they did not follow through with the details of the deal & contract.

I bought a deal on Angie's List for a landscape redesign and met with Scott. Before I signed I waited for 2 other proposals. Ultimately I decided to go with a different vendor (whose bid was higher).

It went very well. They were on time and performed the services in a timely manor.

I have been using them for years. In general, they do a very good job. They seem to be very attentive. A while back I had some issues with a landscaping crew. I had little plastic solar lights and they kept breaking because the guy comes by with a weed whacker and the company came out and replaced them. I actually moved the lights because I realized I was actually hitting them with the car door too because they were right along the edges of the driveway.
