This is the second time I have used Pink and Green and once again they were great. Jennifer, Carlos and Richard in particular were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and always went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased. I love this company!!!

It seems like it took forever to get the work done. First a rep came out and did an estimate of the work to be done. I was sent a proposal for about 5 times what I had paid for. When I told them I just wanted the deal that I had paid for so I could evaluate their work, then I would decide if I wanted them to do more work. They were displeased with my decision. I waited for them to get back to me. When I finally contacted them I was told the rep that came by was no longer with their company. We finally set a date for the work to be done and the supervisor and crew that came out did a nice job. I just felt like the deal was the old bait and switch tactic and it let me with a bad feeling. I would not use them again.

I was totally disappointed. I needed the and service and they never showed up. I would not recommend them.

After finally being ready to invest in my landscape I began searching for a good trust worthy company. I met with a few but Luke at Pink and Green truly sold me on every aspect. It took 2 weeks to get everything squared away but when they came out it was in full force. Luke and his team truly transformed my home and now I'm not embarrassed anymore with my landscape. Money well spent.

My wife and I moved into a house in disrepair and had to do a major overhaul of the landscaping, including tearing down dead and inappropriately placed trees and weeds, doing some serious stumpgrinding and root removal, and significant pruning back of existing foliage. Beyond that, we needed some creative help re-engineering the front landscaping and making some repairs to the damaged paver pathway. From the outset the experience with Pink and Green was great. Luke and Tom were always on time, and very consultative in their approach to what is a significant project and investment for us. The provided options and direction through the process, and provided (at no additional cost) a full rendering of our project (including the butterfly-friendly trees that my wife insisted on). The cost was very reasonable considering the scope of work, and after meeting a number of other landscaping contractors, we moved foward with Pink and Green. Their crews were friendly and relentlessly hardworking, often being outside after sundown to ensure the work was done properly and all the debris was cleaned up. Jennifer in the office was always accessible by email and phone, and Luke was constantly checking up to ensure the work was done to spec. Between the teardown, landscaping, and masonry (we built a stacked-stone wall as well), everything was exactly as promised and looks great. Within days all the neighbors walking dogs were commenting about how the house has transformed and looks amazing. Thanks for everything Luke and company, we will be calling you again when we need to get to the back yard!

Surprisingly everything went very smoothed. I was concerned that due to the small areas I wouldn't find someone interested in taking on this project. I wanted to maximize the space I had and add some color. Carlos was AWESOME! Can in and truly understood what I need and was very fair in price. Although I have a townhome and not much green spaces, I'm so happy that now I have the best looking townhome in my block :)

From the beginning the response was great. After meeting with Luke, I couldn't look any further. In less than a week my home was ready to welcome my family and friends for Thanksgiving all within my budget!

They were on time, got the job done quickly and cleaned up too!

Our lawn looks absolutely beautiful! Pink and Green are punctual, reliable and easy to communicate with. They rehabilitated our previous lawn which was a sad dead wasteland into a gorgeous lush oasis. Thank you Pink and Green!

All went well. The crew was responsive to requests or questions. The yard looks less jungle and more neighborhood.

Horrible experience. We hired them as a large company who would "handle everything" while we were gone for the summer. We returned to find out that other than mowing the lawn, they'd done NONE of the other services and our landscaping looked horrible. When we called about it, they were defensive and had all kinds of excuses, none of which should be our problem. During the 7 months they worked for us, the invoices and billing never seemed to match, but they were paid for the work they were SUPPOSED TO DO, BUT DID NOT DO. My wife demanded to speak to the owner, but was put off and put off until finally, one of the owners called and was rude. This from a company that collected for work not done and for a company that did not properly supervise its crew and could not even arrange to get a lock box for the gate key. That resulted in only the front being mowed and we only found out about it from a call from our next door neighbor. There are more failures on their part, but this is enough to make our point. They did offer to come out to inspect and correct things, but six months of neglect made that not a real choice for us. Firing them was the right thing to do. I wish we'd never hired them. This was a most disappointing experience for us.

EVERYONE IS GREAT FROM THE OFFICE TO THE GROUND CREW. THEY ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS AND TOOK THE TIME TO HELP US FIGURE THINGS OUT WITH OUR LAWN. WE EVEN GOT A THANK YOU LETTER I THE MAIL. WE HAVE A FEW DIFFERENT THINGS TO DO STILL.SURE ALL WILL WORK OUT JUST GREAT..

Have not fully engaged contractor due to lack of scope and value.

Fair to Poorly. The price for the work was high, but after some negotiation, we agreed to a price of $4,000 to complete the work. Still high, but I felt the reputation of the company based on Angie' List assured us that we would be pleased with the results. Well, The front yard design and installation was pretty much completed to specification, however, the area around the pool was not. Ground cover plants that had been requested were sparsely placed. Some of the plant beds were not even touched or trimmed. We contacted the owner, Luke, to stop by to review the work on the yard. He did so and I shared with him my concerns and pointed out the areas that I felt had been missed. He concurred and stated, “we can take care of that”. A couple of days later, I received a proposal with a estimate for $700+ to complete the work we had discussed! I was very surprised. I sent Luke an email to question the proposal - in my mind, this was work that was covered under the initial proposal. It was not an invitation for another quote. Luke responded that to get the $4000 negotiated price he reduced the job and gave us a heavy discount.....and concluded with..."But I can assure you that you will get what you pay for." There was nothing stated in the re-negotiated rate that certain plant beds would not be trimmed or that no mulch put down ($6.00/bag!!). Nor were not told we that would have bare spots where we expected ground cover plants to be.

The crew was punctual, friendly, & did a great job! They were also very attentive to the Clean Up making sure they didn't leave a mess behind.

I was in pleased with the estimate. It was really high. The $50 computer generated model was below standard .

Just as with the initial work done on the grounds, the company was extremely responsive and professional. A consultation was arranged within two days of my phone call. The consultants arrived on schedule and conducted their investigation quickly and professionally. They took time to answer my questions, gave me an estimate and, when I agreed to the price, printed out an invoice. A quick phone call and an appointment was made for the actual work. The workmen were knowledgeable, professional and efficient, and the work was completed in a short time to my satisfaction. I was very happy with the work of Pink and Green during the initial planting in the spring, and I was equally pleased with this phase. They are a bit expensive but the price is well worth it for the quality of the work,

We hired ?the because of the excellent reviews that we found online and they ?reputation was well earned . Polite ,professional and we a lot of knowledge .

They did an excellent job and, more importantly, my wife was extremely happy with how everything looked when they were done! I would definitely hire them again.

Initial response was swift. Company got back to us with an email within just a few hours. It took a couple of days to actually connect (phone tag), which is not a problem. Once we connected I spent about five minutes discussing our needs with someone that was pleasant, after which I was transferred to Jennifer in Landscape Design. Jennifer answered with an attitude like "Yea, what do you want." That is all it took. I was so surprised and put off by her tone that I told her I was sorry but I did not think we would be a good fit. End of conversation. It may seem reactionary but with such an unprofessional first impression it is not worth our time to pursue a business relationship.

Very well, they took care of everything and cleaned up well.

Someone came out and looked at it and gave me a quote. I went ahead and scheduled the appointment. I showed them what had to be done, they went ahead and took the stumps out and put top soil and sod where there was a hole from a tree stump. They did a great job, and were very quick.

It went great! My yard has never looked better and others have taken notice!
