Narsinio Barrett was that is an excellent repair man. He addressed all the issues with my dryer and fix it appropriately in a short period of time. He also showed up an hour after I called the company. He was totally immaculate and cleaned up after the work was done. I highly recommend him and he is a true asset to his company ideal Appliance. He was in Time and fixed my microwave

The business owner came to do repairs on my dishwasher and refrigerator. During the repair of the dishwasher, it was discovered that additional parts were needed. I request that the parts be ordered and paid for in full. He was supposed to come back within the next three (3) days to install the parts and get my dishwasher and refrigerator working properly. It has now been over a week, and he has not been back. I have been trying to reach him on the phone without success. My dishwasher was dismantled and left with parts strewn all over the house. For a business owner, this level of customer service is terrible and very dishonest. He has my money for nothing more than a phone call.

Wow, customer service the way it was decades ago! Nazario was the service technician that spoke to me on the phone and within hours was fixing my washer/dryer (both 24 years old!). He was honest about not wanting to fix the washer. It was on its last leg and not worth the expense to attempt to repair the washer. However, he said the dryer still had a few more years to give. Any other technician would have charged an arm and a leg to fix an old washer. Thank you Ideal and Nazario!

I called Ideal Appliance Services for a refridgerator issue and within an hour Nasario, the technician, was here and fixed it. Fast, prompt and professional. I would recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again.

This pro was very knowledgeable. He fixed my issues which I’m very happy about. But the first time he came to my home he told me to order a part that happened to be the wrong part once it arrived to my home. So I had to send it back to amazon at which point I was charged $22 to ship the wrong item back. He installed an ice maker for me and charged me $75. But then he came back to install the part that was originally ordered wrong and charged me another $75 fee for 20 mins of work. Kind of disappointed since he was supposed to only come once to install both the ice maker and the seal on my freezer. But couldn’t install the seal the first time since I received the wrong seal.

Mr. Barret knew exactly what was wrong with my refrigerator and fixed it immediately. He explained everything to me so that I knew what he was doing. He was helpful and efficient. I will use his service again. Fran Strumwasser

Nazario went above and beyond to fix our Maytag front load washing machine. I did not think to tell him it was a stackable washer/dryer set. When he arrived and saw the dryer on top of the washer, he didn't know how we were going to be able to access the washing machine. It was no easy task, but Nazario was able to remove the dryer and fix the washer. He REALLY went above and beyond!! and he did not charge extra for his trouble. We are thrilled to have our washer working again and his price was very fair. We would HIGHLY recommend him for any appliance repair.
