A great customer service, Alex Was very helpful, he send the plumber with in an hour. The plumber explain the problem in detail, and offer me other package to clean all the drenage system in the house. I was very please with the overall experience, I will recommended Grand Rooter to my friends and family.

The guys went above and beyond to fix our problem. They were honest, knowledgeable, polite, hard working and very professional. Great job at a fair price.
