Very prompt. Called in advance of appointment to advise in route. Appeared to be very knowledgable. Worked till late in evening to complete job. Work was professional. Only con I can think of was time management could have been better. Seemed a little on expensive side. I would refer them or call them again.

I originally hired another company because they responded first. That company only did half the job, didn't want to be bothered with the rest. I called and spoke to Alex, who was very patient and willing to come by, review my situation and offer his opinion with no guarantee of getting the work. Alex was straight forward and his explanations were very logical. I decided to hire him to complete the job and correct what the first plumber had done incorrectly. It was a big job, replacing drain lines under the house. Alex completed the job when he said, at the price he said. Now I know what this job "done right" looks like. Lesson learned; Get your quotes. Talk to Alex. Hire Alex.

Alex was professional, very knowledgeable, patient with any and all questions I asked, honest and best of all saved me hundreds of dollars by doing what was needed to clear the line, as opposed to what some other plumbing companies wanted me to pay for doing more than needed to get to the same end result.... I had read previous reviews regarding Alex and Grand-Rooter and that factored heavily into my decision to use them. They communicated with me several times before the appointment, showed up on time, listened to my explanation of the problem, and then diagnosed it and provided me with available options. I was impressed with the team's attitude, professionalism and desire to find the problem based on years of experience. They fixed my problem and I will be hiring them to diagnose and complete two other plumbing jobs at the house. I'm glad to have found a reputable contractor.
