The dispatcher had expertise and was able to explain processes and service work and why they were better than the competition. (None of the others companies I spoke to could do it!). I value that. The plumbers were very professional, had high expertise and explained things. They voluntarily showed me the replaced parts. They provided options and quoted prices from a book that appeared very reasonable. We tested the work together and all was good the first time. The supervisor Alex made helpful suggestions and went above the call of duty to provide quality service. There was no service charge for coming out and there is no extra charge for after hours. This is a high integrity organization with great plumbing expertise and communication expertise! I rate company, staff and technicians AAA+! Highly Recommened!!!

The crew was very professional and polite. They did the work quickly and did not leave a mess. After clearing the drain they cleaned up any mess and left the bathroom clean. Highly recommended.

Response to my needs was very good. The technician Alex was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained the service and recommendations. Would definitely recommend GrandRooter. Although the service was urgently needed, the fee was reasonable for a late Saturday afternoon.
