This was one and only company which responded from Miami all the way to Boca , charged no money extra for emergency 9 pm job and was able to give estimate over the phone. Great job, Alexis!

I was given incorect information on pricing by the phone contact. They came 1/2 hour later than promissesd 2 to 4 pm arrived at 4:30 I was quoted $125 and when they came i was told it will be $215. A simple,bathtub clog. They were done in13 minutes. However the clog was cleared.

Grand Rooter are the best. Alex and his team were very professionals, very efficient, honest, courteous, and outstanding. Alex gave us detailed explanations of our sewer backup problems and provided options on how to repair these issues. His systematic approaches to resolve our sewer problem were outstanding. Grand Rooter really has upfront and flat rate pricing. I highly RECOMMEND GRAND ROOTER for plumbing diagnostics and repairs, and will do business with them again in the future without hesitation.

This company is OUTSTANDING!!...thought i had i water leak under my foundation....turned out to be nothing...they could have taking advantage of the situation....BUT THEY DID NOT!!!...and to top it off they did'nt even charge me for service call....very very professional technicians...and very courteous...i would highly recomend this company for any plumbing needs. LARGE ARE SMALL...
