Description of Work: As soon as I met Rene , I felt comfortable - he has an easy-going personality and showed the differences in the Shutters. They expedited an estimate to me and it was much less than a competitor so I hired them. From start to finish they did a great job. They were courteous organized and clean and left my house the way it was when I started except now I have new shutters! I am very happy with the whole process and I’ve already gotten an estimate to do another property for me and I look forward to the experience. I highly recommend them and I’m a contractor as well.

Their service was prompt, professional and they went out of their way to make the job right.From drawing the permit to the final inspection they were pleasant to deal with and Jim, one of the owners, came back to make a slight adjustment after the work had been completed. I couldn't have asked for a better professional company and highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Family Shutters installed Hurricane Accordian Shutters on my entire home, which is a two-story older home with three doors, two french doors, and one sliding glass door, as well as 22 windows.

+ -1 moreFamily Shutters measured the areas, wrote a contact and did all the permitting as required. Installing the shutters was a very quick process and they are all easy to slide across the tracks (they are accordion-folds) and lock - I just to use a little WD-40 once in a while. They stuck to their estimate and timetable. Two sets of French doors were of average size but the ones in the living room are much larger. They cleaned up after themselves, and at my request. Removed and disposed of the old flat metal screw in panels.
Description of Work: Install hurricane shutters on three sets of French doors.

+ -1 moreThey were prompt on coming out for the estimate. The shutters were ready within the 2-6 week period given to me. They were quick, efficient, and professional. They even cleaned up the ground after installation. I will definitely contact them again if I can find the money replace the rest of my hurricane panels with these accordian shutters.
