Oscar Martinez is absolutely amazing! He is very responsive and came the next day to do a full home inspection. I also asked if he had a plumber and he coordinated a licensed plumber at the same time, so it saved me time and coordinating multiple people. Immediately after completing the inspection, he called to detail the concerns and next steps. He explained everything very clearly and we received the full report within 24 hours! Without a second thought, I would recommend him.

The home inspector, Oscar Martinez is who made this such a wonderful experience. He promptly replied to all phone calls and emails. He communicated extremely well via phone and email. Oscar was patient to answer questions and encouraged that we ask as many as we needed. He turned around the inspection report that had a critical deadline in less than 24 hours over the very busy Christmas holiday period. My husband and I are very grateful to Mr. Martinez for his professionalism and expertise!

I was purchasing a home and Oscar performed our home inspection. He was very thorough and brought to our attention anything that he thought could be an issue, after we where making a huge investment and didn't want to buy a money pit. We got all issues taken care of and have been living in our home for over 2 years with no issues. He also told us how important the windstorm mitigation inspection and 4 point inspection where because we are saving thousands on our homeowners insurance!

I don't think the guy knew what he was talking about when he wrote the report up. I thought that the report was inaccurate. I expected someone more experienced. I could send the report into my insurance company because the report was wrong. The report said that I didn't have a roof. I should have been able to get the same thing for $100, so he was more expensive. It was more expensive going through Angie's List. He showed up when he said he would. He didn't give me what I wanted and I couldn't use it.

Excellent customer service. Inspector was on time, he was fast, diligent, prepared and very professional.

I am in the process of changing insurance carriers. It has been over 5 years since I have had a wind mitigation inspection performed. So before obtaining a quote, I wanted an inspection report in hand to receive the most discounts possible. I called Eagle Eye, Will answered. I shared what I was trying do with him, and he was very accommondating. In fact, I asked if we could schedule the appointment same day. Will said "Yes! I can have an inspector at your house in about an hour." I was very appreciative of Will's willingness to accommondate my busy schedule. Oscar arrived right on time. He completed the inspection in less than 30 mins. He was very professional, informative, and respectful. I promptly received a scanned copy of my wind mitigation report in less than an hour. A+

Eric and Oscar tackled my home inspection with my best interest at heart. They took their time recovering and finding everything they could to protect my future investment. No problems answering my stupid questions and educating me on things that would need to happen. Even offered to provide me with other resources to have jobs completed. The report contained information as to what was wrong and what needed to take place for fixes. The home was misrepresented by the seller and now I know the truth thanks to the due diligence of Eagle Eye. I would've purchased a real lemon that would have set me back quite a bit of money. When I find another home to purchase I will request that those 2 do my inspections.

I had an inspection appointment 1 day after calling. The arrived on time and completed the inspection. Within 2 days, I was provided a very detailed report listing all deficiencies (with photos). They also included an estimated cost to correct each deficiency. They were extremely professional and I would HIGHLY recommend them

They did a decent job for the most part, but the inspector missed some moisture damage in the ceiling. Admittedly, the moisture may not have been evident at the time of the inspection, but it's difficult to say. Aside from that, the company responded quickly, the report was thorough and detailed, and the inspector was courteous as well as friendly.

Everything went well for the most part. The inspector was professional and friendly, scheduling was easy, and the work was done as requested. However, they had to come back a second time and retake the photos because the insurance company wouldn't accept them.

There was no problem scheduling and they were professional while they did the job. They didn’t do a very efficient job though. The electrician didn’t do a thorough job and we found a lot of problems with poor wiring and other electrical things that weren’t up to code.

Arrived on time and carried out a very thorough inspection of the condo, also inspected the air conditioning compressor on the roof of the building. They provided a full report on their website with good quality photographs which we could access with the password supplied. The report was issued in less that a day and was very useful to us when we talked later to the seller. The inspection report had many items in it that we needed to know, the most important being some defects in the electrical systems. Would recommend Eric and this company without hesitation.

This company did a thorough job and was prompt with their service as well as with their reporting. We really appreciated the suggestions he gave us. We would use him again. We have no information with which to evaluate his prices.

Where to start, I am just so happy with this company. I was provided a list of inspection companies from our agent. i called all three and Eric, at Eagle Eye, was the only one to answer the phone with such politeness and professionalism. I decided to give them a shot although no reviews yet on here. The professionalism did not stop with the phone call, Eagle Eye showed up on time with two inspectors and performed a detailed inspection in a timely matter. I also received my full report with tons of photos and cost estimates with in a day from the inspection. I would recommend this company to anyone!
