This review follows my last review. I needed an AC guy and one came within 24 hours. As well, I was immediately reimbursed when my problem was not solved therefore I have to say that the customer service is very good.

Well, I was sold an ultraviolet wave bulb installation which is supposed to combat mold and mildew. This bulb and installation cost me an additional $500 over and above the maintenance charges. After speaking to a number of people for their advice after the fact, they told me that this was a total waste of money!

They were very professional. Showed before and after photos. Stayed in contact. Big thing about them was that they didn't try to take advantage of the situation by overselling unnecessary services that other companies have quoted as needing saving from $1000-$7500 by not hiring these other companies that gave me no evidence of the recommended services. I would definitely recommend them to others and will be using them for future needs.

EMC who has been my appliance contractor for many years was going to charge me $4530 for a new air conditioner saying my old one was too old and dirty. Air Supply sanitized and cleaned all my vents, coils and unit plus replaced the ultraviolet light for one quarter of the price. It works better than before.

Air supply A/C services came to the apartment to do an evaluation and run diagnostics. They did that, I think that they checked everything, took pressures, etc. and made the recommendation to not do anything at the moment, that everything was fine. They were courteous and knew their business. I was very surprised to see a contractor who was honest and did not try to charge me for a job that was not necessary. That does not happen anymore; they were honest, professional, and trustworthy.

The tech was very knowledgeable, they arriving immediately. Recommended them 100 %

Excellent service, although their first recommendation was too expensive. After my push back they came up with a more reasonable proposal.

THEY FIND THE TRUE PROBLEM, AND FIXED.

They showed 2 days after Hurricane Irma and replaced my air handler which had blown out from electrical surges related to the storm. Yea😀

Terrible terrible company! A technician came out and charged me over $400 just to add some coolant in my ac unit (in which he told me was the issue). He did not do a thorough inspection of my ac unit and ASSURED me 100% that this was the problem. Well that did NOT fix the problem. I contacted this company 2 days to inform that my ac unit was still not cooling properly and was told that the invoice states that there is a 50/50 chance that the service performed would not fix the problem. Remind you, i did not receive the invoice until AFTER i had already paid, otherwise i would have not even PAID! The guy (owner) was very rude and was very adamant about his 50/50 rule. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!
