Representatives carried no IDs, no business cards. Arrived on time for second scheduled appointment, diagnosed and repaired problem. Had unrelated a/c issue after they resolved my first problem. They made an appointment to return the next morning, arrived on time and even gave me a 30 minute "heads up" telephone call. Daniel the owner was easy to speak with as I expressed concern about finding reputable air conditioning experts that do excellent work with fair prices. This is serious concern, finding companies with integrity! A week or two after they did maintenance and cleaned the ducts. I heard a whistling noise, called Daniel. He scheduled a technician out the next day with no cost. He had promised he would do so if a problem arose. That made me happy. I am looking for an air conditioner company that I can trust wholeheartedly and build a longterm relationship ship with. I will definitely call Daniel and use this company again.
