Did a great job. It was worth it.

I m working from home due to the virus and when my air conditioner started leaking I was worried that I wouldn t be able to get someone to help me. The dispatcher was very nice. They came within the hour (wearing masks). The technicians were professional and courteous and fixed the leak within minutes. I would definitely recommend to others and use them again myself.

They had me scheduled for 1-2pm today. They came around 10:45am. I appreciated the sense of urgency. They are very friendly guys that explained what was wrong to me. I even signed up for a maintenance contract that will prevent this issue again. I would recommend them to anyone.

The technician arrived on time. He performed tests. He explained what the problem was. He explained the options to solve this problem. I chose the best option. He added 2 lbs of refrigerant and stop leak product to seal very tiny pinhole. We started the unit. He checked the inlet versus outlet temperatures. The differential was very good at 18 degrees. Good work.

Nothing else they did a very good job

Overall was I very satisfied with the quality of work. Management was extremely helpful and the service technician was professional.

Received a call from Mr. David, the owner, who was concerned about my previous review, which was mainly about the mess left on the carpeting in both bedrooms, and also the tiled areas. He said that it is not their policy to leave a mess, and apologized. I also apologized about my reference to the vent covers not being cleaned, when he said that the normal additional price is $9 per cover, He emphasized that that he never pushes his men to up-sell services beyond what the customer initially agrees to. I agreed that I was never pressured for additional work and both men were very polite and did a good job. I told him the whole experience was very pleasant, until after they had left and I realized the carpet, were such a mess. We made arrangements, and I'm satisfied that the owner will stand by his customers and his employees can also be trusted to complete whatever additional work you agree to. It really is the customers responsibility to find out ahead of time what he is paying for. Thumps up to Air Supply A/C Services & More !

Very Professional and courteous! Excellent service! Thoroughly cleaned the air ducts and sanitized my a/c. Explained all of the steps and answered all my questions! Would definitely use them again.

They did not have a ladder to reach three ducts that were in the higher part of the ceiling but did do all the others They were prompt and on time and did a great job with cleaning out all the other ducts.

I live in an old building and did not know how often the air ducts were cleaned. I found this company and they had very good reviews. When I called I was given a very reasonable price for cleaning the air ducts so I looked no further and hired them. However, when the men came and investigated, we were told we had a lot of bacteria and mold. Not a good thing. But the price changed drastically. We did not have to go through with this, but decided to just do it. Usually I call a few places and compare prices. We had the coils cleaned, sanitized and added a UV light. All good, but very, very pricy for a small apartment. The work was finished very quickly and was not labor intensive, so I am just doubting myself on the price. Someone from the company reached out to me re: my review. I changed the work quality to 5 because the workers did their job. They did explain to me the cost, and that it was my choice to do it or not. Although I was told they are price competitive, I personally did not look into other companies and cannot attest to that. All I say is do your due diligence when hiring a company and get other proposals.
