My dealings were over the phone (as I live in another state). It was good, they sent me pictures of the unit.

Technician “Manny” arrived timely and diagnosed the problem. Excellent customer service.

Jose checked out everything before deciding on what needed to be done. He explained everything to me as to why he recommended the fixes on our 12 year old AC. I then spoke with the office to discuss the cost of the work and let them know what I wanted to proceed with. I had a question after the work was completed and Air Supply followed up with a phone call in the morning.

I received a phone call before the appointment time to tell me that the team would be at my house in 30 minutes for air duct cleaning. Friendly, efficient and experienced team that took care with my personal belongings and left each area clean. Couldn't ask for a better experience from Santiago and Frank. Best price of all the businesses I researched.
