"On November 21st I got to see some real professionals so let me say thank you to start. I thought I was a good roofer but seeing this team made me rethink efficiency and teamwork and I always appreciate reality checks. Those guys were here ready to work and I was greeted by Omar and a gentleman from Texas that I cannot remember his name. Both were very conversational and cordial like they were both guests at my house. The work started at 8:00 am with at least 8 young folk here stripping off the old roof and they worked right through their lunch. I pointed out to Omar that I wanted to trim one of trees with branches overhanging the roof and when I walked out to do it, that task was already completed. I did notice the degree of tarp use in keeping the site clean and the attention everyone took to make sure it stayed that way. They stripped the roof, replaced the plywood that needed replacing and installed the new shingles with just as much care, even with the guy that came out periodically to see the progress. I noted that they were very careful not to hit that guy when he came out! Then the clean-up started with as much vigor and frankly, I have never seen anything like it. Everyone participated, had the same attention level and treated the yard like it was theirs. They were done by 5:00 pm and I have only found one nail since then. Of course, I tipped them but did not think I tipped them enough! I would thoroughly recommend Guy Brothers Roofing for any job that they took on because of the level of service, the level of great work and the level of respect that the entire crew demonstrated on the 21st. "I don’t know. I gave you four grand last September and all I get is an occasional phone call telling me “we are still waiting for the last window”. I know the real story is you don’t have the manpower to install them . I recently started calling your office with my issue and they tell me I’ll call you back when we get that last window. Then nobody calls me back. I just want an honest answer . If you truly had all the windows except one great ! Please come install what you have . Yes there is a supply chain issue, I get that. More importantly you should know, my wife is the one who wanted new windows. I’m fine with what we have. Do I have to tell you about what it’s like living with an unhappy wife ?"

"This guy hired me to detail his boat, after spending 2 days wet sanding, buffing, polishing, and ceramic coating it as well as all of the interior, as soon as I finished he started yelling and cussing without even looking at the boat. The agreement was $1500 in which he wasn't going to pay when he hired me. I've been detailing since 1992, over 30 years and this was a first. I ended up calling the police due to this guy's behavior and to file for a small claims. I have now given him a month to make good on our agreement but haven't heard anything. I've heard there are people like this but this was a first for me, I honestly don't know how this person sleeps at night. If you do business with this person you are a fool."
