+ -1 moreIt took some time to get them to the house. Once there, they fixed the broken sprinkler head quickly and answered questions regarding sprinkler service. A couple of weeks later, I tried to get them to come out again and had difficulty getting them to respond. Once I made contact, I arranged for another visit that never materialized. There has been no follow-up. I believe their work to be good, but if you can't get them to come out--what's the point?

+ -1 moreI paid and he informed me to call him once I got back from traveling. He was supposed to fix the irrigation system and add some sprinklers in as well.When I got back I noticed that he only did the back fence. I called him and became upset. The way he acted was very child-like he was stomping and throwing his hands in the air and he refused to finish the project. He stated that he would give me a refund but he only gave me $150.00. I had to hire two other companies just to get the project corrected which cost me way more than $150.00. I will not recommend this company.

Description of Work: They created a drain in the driveway by sawing the concrete and putting in a plastic grate and dug a French drain around the house about 100 feet to take the rainwater away from the house.

+ -1 moreSteve was prompt in returning my call and scheduling an appt. He was clear with all directions on the operation of the system, offered advice for the future, and fixed the placement of one of the water heads during his visit. I was very pleased.
Description of Work: Reviewed our irrigation system and instructed us on operation, water head placement, winterizing and iron treatment. Also adjusted one of the water heads and we have scheduled a later visit to move a water head.

+ -1 moreI had been unable to find anyone to come out and give me an estimate--everyone was busy. I saw him working in the neighborhood and stopped to talk with him. He came by that afternoon to assess job requirements and to provide an estimate. Initially I thought the estimate was a little high, but with no other bidders I had nothing to compare it with. Plus, a senior discount helped. It took several days to complete the installation, but he kept us well informed of his work schedule and when he would be here (rain schedule). I was very pleased with the end result and the system works great. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
