Mainsail Realty Company specializes in residential Real estate in Destin, Sandestin, Santa Rosa Beach, Hwy 30A and Bluewater Bay-Niceville. The firm was founded in 1981 by Partner/Owner Dewitt "Sparky" Lovelace. Partner/Owner Clayton Bonjean joined Mainsail Realty as an agent in 1998 and became the Broker/President in 2008. Clayton Bonjean created this web site with one main goal; to offer The Best Emerald Coast Real Estate Search on the web. He spent hundreds, if not thousands of hours working hard to make your real estate search experience as simple as possible. The links on on this site show you all listings from all agents; you will also notice that there are no pop ups and no requirements for your personal info to search. Anyone can use this site, even if you are working with another agent or just looking. Clayton Bonjean, Broker - Owner Clayton received a degree in Marketing from the University of Mississippi "Ole Miss" and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. After schooling, he worked as an Account Executive, Director of Sales, and Operations Manager for Checkcare Systems in Birmingham, Alabama. In 1997, Clayton moved to Destin Florida to manage the family business, Lovelace Interiors. In 1998 he received his real estate license and has been involved in many successful Real Estate transactions. Clayton has consistently remained in the top 2% of all agents in Okaloosa and Walton Counties and in 2011 Clayton closed well over fifteen million in Real Estate. Clayton is the broker and owner, but unlike most, he likes to get out into the field and work with buyers and sellers. Clayton loves the Real Estate business and is not afraid to work very hard for his clients. Clayton also enjoys playing lead guitar with local band Cadillac Willy; you can catch him performing at Harbor Docks, The Red Bar, Hogs Breath, and the Funky Blues Shack. Katie started the marketing program at Wild Heron and later was promoted to Real Estate Marketing Manager for The Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Her training and experience in the local market is unsurpassed.
