small appliance repair
+ -1 moreOwner came to evaluate the problem within 24 hours. Said we needed a new part. Installed part once it arrived. Called the owner back after a couple of days and told him the problem wasn't resolved, the ice maker was still not functioning. He said he'd be back out "as soon as possible." Phoned a week later and was assured he'd have someone come by. Two weeks later...same story. I finally asked for a refund and was told that was fine. That was three weeks ago.
Description of Work: Ice maker was not working.
