I am only in the house about three months. I had turned it on for the first time and it wouldn?t work. He came on the Saturday before Easter and fixed the problem. He was very prompt. He gave a time window, but the project he was working on took longer than anticipated. He was courteous enough to give me a call and keep me updated.
