Very well. Had some problems connecting with them for the conference call to review the plans and they were an hour late for the initial consult but they were very honest and thorough with their delivery and plans. Their cost was fair and close to other quotes we got. We decided to save up some more money but will use them in the future.

The scope of our project included tearing down walls, moving water lines and reflooring the entire home. We couldn't be more pleased. Being a large project, anytime there was even the slightest concern, Robert was there to correct things. He kept the project on track and on budget! We love the finished product and have received numerous compliments. Way to go V and R Builders!

The General Contractor, Robert, and his wife, are the nicest people! Robert is very experienced and made good suggestions for alternatives that met our needs and were more economical than our original plans. We visited a neighbor who had their floors done by Robert, and they spoke highly about the work too. The other GCs we met were not as accommodating and more expensive! The work had a premium on time as we were moving from DC area in a hurry. They met our time requirements. Robert threw in the built in shelves in the living room. The floors and kitchen rebuild were by far the biggest projects and best work they did. All our neighbors loved it. Electrical work was well done too. As in all projects there were some minor things we wanted changed. Robert took care of them promptly, at no extra cost. As a testimony to Robert and his family, we sometimes contract his son and his son in law for smaller projects in the house.

The first project of replacing the house windows went very well. Windows look great. The second project of the sunroom was slower than I had hoped, but due to so much rain in August/September, the project too longer than anticipated. But now that the project is completed, it looks great and I'm very pleased with the conversion.

The contractor was courteous, conscientious, and did quality work in a timely manner. The only real problem was with the stucco sub-contractors who, while they did a good job, made a mess. They were not his first choice but both of us had hard deadlines and it's who he could get to do the work. Contractor did his best to clean up the mess. He coordinated with the garage door provider/installer, and made a special trip to install wiring we thought the garage door people wold provide.

I was in town to interview contractors in an attempt to find someone to do a gutting of a home I had recently purchased. V and R Builders came by to look over the house, and they were informative and pleasant. I had no doubt that they would do a great job if left unsupervised in my home, and that they would have the work done before my family was ready to move down to Florida. I did not receive a quote because we never made it to that point. I was encouraged to first go to their showroom and pick out what floors, cabinets, etc., I would like for them to install in the house. I did do this, and while the products they offered were nice, they did not have what I was looking for regarding cabinets or flooring. For this reason, I did not choose to go with V and R Builders. Overall, this company was great, and I would not hesitate to call them and use V and R at a later date for any other work that I will need done once I move into the home. I would recommend V and R Builders to anyone that needed any remodeling.

Remodel went very well Crews were working on various projects concurrently trying to get house done as quickly as possible. We were living in the house at the time they did the remodel. They were all very professional, courteous and responsive to any request.

It was excellent. They were excellent. They fixed up some other things before installing the windows because there was some water damage in our home. They have been working at our home doing multiple jobs for a while. They are great.

Robert and his "team" are top notch. All the work was done as quoted. He also went out of his way to accommodate our requests for additional services without any hesitation. From the estimate to completion all was on schedule. They took the extra effort to insure the work area was kept clean and with minimal affect on the rest of our home. We would not hesitate to recommend or use for our next project. Thank you Robert and Micki for your hard work.

The worked went great . Robert had to contact an AC guy to move air handler to repair drywall behind the unit in the garage. Everything was completed in one day( by 5 pm) so tenants were without air for limited amount of time. I was satisfied with repair to the interior as well as the roof.

Robert returned my phone call in a timely manner. We discussed the job and he was able to provide a quote over the phone.He did charge a little extra due to the distance his man would have to travel to our home, which was totally acceptable. This was the third time we had contracted this job out--with other contractors. One contractor gave us a lower quote, but the day before he was to show up for the job he called and said he had a bigger job and could not do ours--after promising to have it done the by the end of May. The second man's wife phoned ten minutes before he was to show, telling us the man was sick and couldn't make it with no mention of rescheduling and his price was a little higher! After telling Robert about our frustration with the previous men, he went out of his way and had a man here two days after I accepted his quote! The tile man would have been here the next day, but we had other plans and wasn't going to be home. The gentleman showed up on time, even a little early, did an excellent job and cleaned up afterward beautifully. I would call V & R Builders again if in need of his services.

Overall, Robert did a great job on every project and I highly recommend him.

They are amazing and do beautiful work. He is a really good guy and he always cleans up after himself. Everything they do is always perfect. I would highly recommend him. They are very honest and I can trust them in and around my home even when I'm not there.

They were great. They did a great job and their price was great. Their price was cheap considering that the crown molding was made of wood and painted. I was there throughout the job till they installed. They cut the wood and all that in a perfect cut. They did a very nice job. Their price was for both labor and the material. It was a good size crown that was about four or five inches. They were so experienced that they would do up a house from the scratch. They were good to do anything in a house. I called them again recently as they could do even handymen work. I had a plug and fans put in my house. A lot of the other service providers that did big work would not do small jobs but these guys would do. If I called them at 02:00 in the morning for an emergency, they would come. They were nice to do business with. I worked with them on three occasions and I was more than pleased with them on each occasion. I had him put in a plug and a shelf outside. They also patched up some pavers for me last week. They charged $80 and their price was reasonable. $80 for so much work was very cheap. I was expecting it to be $150 but when they said that it was $80 I was surprised. They also put a fan for my house for $45. They would do all kinds of work including putting a light bulb in the bathroom. A lot of other service providers would not even come down to look at such jobs and may be they would charge $45 to just come over to look at the job. They were extremely knowledgeable in terms of their background and experience. It would be two guys that would come down for work that would be him and his son-in-law. Both were nice. I could not find any other service provider to swap with them. I have already spoken to them to install two new light bulbs for my bathroom. One of the residents in the community that used their services liked them and recommended them to me. I would have been a fool to not use them or at least give them a shot since, my neighbor had recommended them. There are about nine hundred homes in this community and they have been doing a lot of work here. The word of mouth has been doing well to them and they deserved it.
