I absolutely 100% recommend Sunshine Cooling for any A/C and heating needs. I received estimates from 4 different companies, and I felt the most valued from the very beginning with Sunshine Cooling. Within 30 minutes of submitted a request online to replace my existing unit, Mike reached out to get an estimate scheduled. He has over 35 years of A/C experience, so when he came out to provide the quote, he was very knowledgeable about the best type of system to fit my needs. Compared to the other quotes I received, Mikeâ s estimate was very fair and reasonable. He took the time to walk me through it and answer all of my questions. Mike and the rest of the Sunshine team are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They arrived right on time without the need for me to call and follow-up. Nate was the installer for my unit, and he was very courteous and friendly. He kept me updated throughout the process, including letting me know if any challenges arose during the work and how he would address them. After completing the work, he walked me through the new system and answered all of my questions. Included in the price was reusing my existing UV bulb, and when it didnâ t fit with the new system, Nate installed a new UV bulb at no additional charge. From start to finish, the job was top notch quality with no surprises or hidden costs. There were some calibration issues after the initial install causing the heat not to kick on, but Mike had someone come out the very next day to address it. The technician ran both the heating and cooling to ensure everything was working correctly before he left. He even showed me an app I could download to adjust the airflow of my new unit from my phone, which is a really cool feature. The speed at which my problem was addressed was impressive. I always felt like the top priority with the Sunshine team. Anytime I called Mike, he answered the phone right away. Additionally, I never felt like I was being upsold anything I didnâ t need or pressured into a particular system. Iâ m so happy I found Sunshine Cooling, and Iâ m thrilled to be switching to them for my bi-annual tune-ups. Although the yearly maintenance fee is a little more than my previous A/C vendor, I feel very comfortable that it will be top notch service. Excellent company, definitely go with Sunshine Cooling! SunShine Cooling installed a mini split cooling system in our walk-out basement studio. The job included filling a hole in the exterior wall which housed the previous window A/C unit. The exterior stucco patch and the interior drywall work was very professionally done and looks fantastic. Very professional and courteous team!
