The repair man needed to come out twice to narrow down the problem (needed to fix the one thing in order to discover the second). He was prompt and very responsive.

Instillation was great. Folks were nice and professional during the instillation. If felt the price was fair. They problem solved a couple of issues which needed to be addressed. Communication evaporated after instillation and it took approximately 3 calls for every response. They did not provide a promised rebate and I had to harass them and threatened to call the better business bureau. This finally triggered a response and the wrote a check to cover the rebate. A year later the system did not live up to its specifications. After many phone calls they finally came out (took about a month) and replaced thermostat and didn't really trouble shoot the issue. 6 months later still have the same problem. Called and did not get a response. Even though very nice when you finally get a hold of them they have very poor customer service and I am tired of it.

They contacted me about a week after the first time I contacted them. I had a problem with the control board for my refrigerator. They never got back to me after ordering the parts. I had to contact them again. They never did come to fix the refrigerator. I submitted a report to Angie's List and the next day Bill called and said that he would get back to me. But in the interim I had decided to go with another company.

Came to the house on the day called. Called me at work to let me know what he found. Had to order part and promised to have repair done within two to three days. Very professional and friendly. Prompt on returning call and responding to problem.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS AIR CONDITIONING OR HEATING WORK DONE. THEY WERE HERE WHEN THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD BE HERE. THEY FINISHED IN A TIMELY MANNER AND ALSO THOROUGHLY EXPLAINED THE USE OF THE EQUIPMENT.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH BILLS MAJOR APPLIANCE REPAIR WAS EXCELLENT. MY WASHER WAS PRETTY OLD AND THEY EVEN HAD ENOUGH KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THEIR FIELD OF WORK TO FIX IT.
