Within an hour this company contacted me and within another hour a repairman was working on my unit. The repairs were completed within about two hours. The price was more than reasonable for the amount of work that had to be done. Gabriel, the young repairman, was very thoughtful friendly and concerned for my welfare as I am an elderly cancer patient on a walker. Because I was unable to prepare the unit and its surroundings before his arrival, he had to work hard before he could begin his repairs. Without complaint he did what was necessary to gain access to the unit and efficiently repair it. I highly recommend this company and will use it the next time an appliance tries to commit appliancecide."

Pool Heater natural gas line hook up was installed by Axis Plumbing Solutions LLC, then inspected by City of Winter Garden, then leak tested and 2 lb meter upgrade (which is a bigger spring) was completed by Lake Apopka Natural Gas Company by Blake. I had the pleasure of working with Andrew Martinez and his assistant Jacob for the natural gas line hook up to the house. Andrew was one of 5 companies I reached out to and he was the only one who could properly explain the job to me and his details enabled me to make the correct decisions on what exactly to install. Some companies were too busy to return calls, some companies could not explain regulators or size of pipes to me, some companies only mounted the pipes along the wall but couldn't explain the details for me to fully be able to make the correct decisions. Andrew returned the call promptly and was insanely polite and professional. He not only explained to me why we need regulators but also what the different pipe sizes were best suited for. He also had another option to bury it which I preferred because of the Florida heat and it also looks neater. Not only was Andrew and Jacob polite, prompt, attentive, and focused but they did not hesitate to answer post install questions. Andrew informed me what are my next steps and why there are a few pvc pipes in the ground (for inspection purposes) and who to call next and what to ask for after the inspection from the City of Winter Garden and before he returns to remove the gauge, pvc pipes, etc. He really took the stress out of the entire job and made me feel at ease. He really knows how to build trust. They did a wonderful job, they cleaned up the area very well and I could not be happier.
