Description of Work: First week there was a misunderstanding in the appointment time; I thought it was for 6-20-12, but when I called stating a no show discovered it was for 6-27-12 at 8am. (was told 1st appointment of the day). Repairman did not show. Call the office. He arrived within the hour. Stated it was his fault, he had misfiled the paperwork with the appointment time. He inspected and did some adjustment to the system, but stated he would have to come back when he had more time and after he advised the office of work needed and get a bid. Bid received within 48 hrs via email on 7-5-12. Emailed a reply same day 7-5-12. No reply to my email. Sent 2nd request on Monday. 7-9-12. Office staff called 7-9-12 and discussed my concerns; bid ok'd and Iwas told I would get a call or email back with an appointment after she spoke with the person who does the scheduling. No call or emailed received. I called the next day and advised them no one called. Was told she thought she had emailed, but after checking did not find it. Was told it would be next week before they could come due to their busy schedule. Advised her my grass is dying due to the water to the system has been office because the problem station area runs continously. She said she would try and fit me in on Thursday, could not give me a time or even sure if they could come. I explained I did not want to sit at home all day and not know when and if someone would show. Gave her my cell number to have him call to make sure we would be home. Thursday morning another repairman came, good thing we were home because no one called ahead, he was very polite and professional; he repaired the system, explained the timing and stations and did a test run with us. I would use that repairmant again.

Description of Work: Victor came out and gave me a reasonable estimate compared to others I had received. They pulled and planted some shrubs, and fertilized and mulched my entire garden area. They showed up and fished the job when they estimated they would. No complaints at all.

Description of Work: I hired ALCL for monthly lawn maintenence. They have done good work, and their price was competitive with others in the marketplace. I found them on Angies list with a special for checking the sprinkler system. They showed up when they said they would, the inspection was thorough and I received a lot of tips from the person doing the inspection. He even changed out one of my sprinkler heads with a head that I had already purchased. I also hired them for additional leaf removal at my previous service let this get away from them and there were a lot of leaves on one side of the house. The service was done on time, within budget, and they did a good job. I have only used them for one month as far as weekely service goes, but so far, so good.

Description of Work: No service performed . They came down unprepared to give an estimate. Surveyed the irrigation system and recommended an upgrade scenario. When I asked the cost of the upgrade the estimator said he could not give me a price the owner would. I asked that the estimate be delivered to me ASAP and he said it would. Have you heard from them? I have not and it has been s about 10 days. I hired someone else to do the job and it will be done next week.
