Active Lawncare schedule the treatments and did them as planned.  My lawn looks great and the weeds are dying.

They do over a good job. Some time it depends on the crew for the little details. They do listen and attend to us if we have questions or concerns.

The tech was prompt and courteous and knew his stuff. Spent time checking for any problems, which there were none, thank goodness.  I would definitely use this company again.  I also liked his honesty.

Dan returned my call and said he would come the following week. He did show up today, worked hard with a line tracer taking some time to find the buried problem valve. He was not equipped with a replacement valve to complete the repair. He replaced the solonoid but the valve is broken.  He said I will get a proposal tomorrow and someone  would repair it next week.
Dan is a manager and a professional, however I believe he travels light and specializes in servicing  more remote areas.  I am in Volusia county and I am thinking that, while the Groupon $35  tuneup offers are great, if I need, or want, fast and complete repair response I better look for a more local service.

I had asked Active to come out and do a sprinkler checkup. I was impressed by the service person's helpfulness and knowledge of the plants in my yard. At that time he provided a quote for yard service and after giving notice to my current landscaper, I just began service with Active. I was impressed with the service provided today and look forward to an a long relationship.

He arrived to check the sprinkler system on time and was very professional.  He gave me all the information I needed to make a decision and gave me some options and tips.  The office called to make an appointment for the repair.   The same rep came out to do the work and it was done in a timely manner.  He also showed me how to set the clock so I can make any adjustments in the future.

We scheduled within 48hrs from the call, Dan came out and was extremely professional and polite, not to mention fast. My sprinklers are working fine! This was my 1st experience with Angie's list and I loved it! Cristine

They were very good. It took them about 30 minutes to do the job. They replaced two of the sprinkler heads and also checked the sprinkler timer and control box.

They are great. They came out and told us a couple of our heads were going slowly but it wouldn’t need to be replaced for 22 dollars apiece at this point showing that they are honest. They gave me great landscaping ideas as well.

After I purchased the coupon from Angie's List, Active called several days in advance to schedule the appointment.  They schedule them by the area of the city and the amount of time projected for the job.  Dan went about the job methodically, making notes on each station, flagging the heads that needed adjustment/replacement, and explaining the workings of the system (I'm a novice at this).  He tested each station to make certain it was working/watering properly and then programmed the system to water each section in sequence for an amount of time he recommended.  He did an excellent job and I now know a lot more about the workings of the system than before.  For the amount of work done and the heads replaced/adjusted I got an excellent value and super workmanship.

I sought several estimates but was very please with the professionalism and responsiveness during the estimate discussions with Active Lawn Care.

I rated their price as Excellent, even though they were not the cheapest --- but they were not far off from the other estimates and their responsiveness and professionalism was superior.

The work was performed at my parents' home; they showed up, did the work, did the clean up, and didn't even have to bother my parents at all. I easily recommend them!

Met 2 personnel, Dan & Victor.  Both knowledgeable, personable & experienced.  Each had helpful hints regarding trees, lawn, and general landscaping - including plant/shrub choice.  Advised me they do NOT do anything without being requested to do so.  Example:  irrigation checks per customer telephone call, not regularly.  On first visit, when I  asked about a dead portion of my "Big Blue" juniper, Dan inspected and immediately repaired leaking drip hose (albeit jury-rigged) because his truck stock not replenished with drip irrigation parts.  All-in-all, impressive. I have requested a proposal for lawn repair/replacement in the spring after speaking with, I believe, Victor.

They take care of everything that my lawn needs. I leave it in their hands and they do an excellent job.

Victor came by, gave us an estimate, honored all the coupons and once we had agreed in principle with the services and rates, he followed it up with e-mail quotes and promptly setup service. Billing is extremely easy - i get invoices by e-mail and there is a web payment module that is very convenient.

They were fabulous. They did what they were supposed to do and gave a good price. I have used them three times already and have spent a total of $500 over the three times. I would definitely recommend them to others. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

The first time they came to my house i had a little problem with the crew not doing it properly, but as soon as I told their office and talked to Victor and  he acted on it promtly. I was very happy on the next crew we have, they work good and really make our lawn clean.
