Description of Work: Replaced my AC and ran now lines under the house. Happy with my new Trane system.

Description of Work: I submitted a review a year ago after the job was done. BMS did a great job.System still operates perfectly, and has saved me a bunch of money. In the past 5 months I have saved almost $300 on my electrical bills. John Dulaney.

Description of Work: Owner, Brett Benhoff, responded to my phone call to check out my A/C compressor that was making very loud noises. He told me that my unit was on its last legs, and would probably malfunctrion in the near future. I had that same evaluation from a neighbor who had been in the business in the past. I asked him for a quotation on a price for a new installation, and Brett promptly responded. In the mean time, I had asked for quotations from three other companies in the business. Bencraft had the best price and the most unit for the money. As luck would have it my old unit quit on the day that Bencraft was to install the new system. Brett came out that morning, and proceeded to do the job. He did the job by himself and I wondered how he would handle the heavy units, but he had that figured out. I took him about nine hours complete the installation. As I have some knowledge of A/C systems based on my previous employment as an industrial purchasing manager and experience in the aerospace industry I was impressed by the professional way he went about his work. It is now a week later, and the system is operating perfectly. I figure that as he owns the company he would want the job done well as to not reflect on his company if the job was done in a sloppy manner.
