Stay away from Acme. They installed our drain field less than two years ago in a new build. We started having constant issues at the 1 year mark. After they refused to do anything my husband dug up the main line from the septic to the drain field which showed the pipe was bowed, not draining correctly and leaking at the tank. They did come at that point and fixed it after we dug it up on our own to prove something was wrong. We still continued to have constant issues. After several attempts to get the owner to call us and come out for himself, which he has failed to do so, the company basically pointed fingers at everyone else and washed their hands of us. We are now in the process of replacing the entire system out of our own pocket. Once we dug up the drain field we found hard pan and old root systems stopping the system from draining. And the drain field was put in the wrong spot according to the site plan. But they aren’t taking any actions to rectify these issues or assist us in fixing their mistakes. I would highly suggest staying away from this company!

Inspection and cleaning of tank and lift station went well. The company also replaced the top covers of the manholes.

Called and made a appointment for Saturday ( March 7, 2020) at 11 am..no show, no calls , and nobody answered phones. Finally got a call back at 5pm saying driver was on the way..again waited for a no show, no calls to explain , no answers to my calls..very unreliable, no costumer service , We went with another company that act properly

Jeff the ACME tech came to the house to pump out our septic tank. After discovering that the previous owners had built the patio over a majority of the tank, Jeff and his assistant went well above what I expected and found a way to access the tank. Especially after telling them I have a 6 day old new born and haven't been able to wash clothes or bathe him for the last 3 days. Jeff also gave me a few options on better access for the next pump out. I am extremely satisfied with the work they performed and will continue to use them for any future services.

Tech broke one of the lids and blamed previous septic company

Tech arrived on time and worked quickly

I resolution was zero. We ended up going with another company and will never use Acme or recommend. We know use Brownies! Very pleased with their service!!!

I was a little surprised that the guy didn't mention the grove trees that were immediately adjacent to the leaks filled which ended up being problematic or potentially problematic. I'm going to give him less than the perfect score because he didn't point that out to me. I thought it was a reasonable price. They never mentioned the tree roots. They were Johnny on the spot. They lived up to my expectations.

Called company and was given a 2 hour window of when they would arrive and they called 30 minutes prior to arrival. The service guy was very nice and emptied tank and cleaned up and covered tank back up. I will definitely use ACME from now on. The last company that we used several years ago tried to sell me all kinds of services and tried to convince us that we had major drain field issues. This company did none of that, he just pumped it out and had me flush toilets just to make sure all was emptying properly and then he cleaned up. Honest, very good service and for a good price!!

This company installed our system for our builder several years ago . Angies list indicates they provide emergency service .We called on a weekend and left several messages on a machine that assures a callback .Monday at 10 AM I called them to inquire about this . I was told that they are a small company and do not provide emergency service . They also don't return calls in a timely fashion. Attitude is everything and I am unimpressed with theirs . As we needed our plumbing to work , We had someone else fix the issue .

Workers showed up on time, did an excellent job. Helped put the fence back up and left area as clean as possible. Would for sure use this company again if needed. Price was best in area. Don't hesitate to call John for all of your septic needs. Also had an Angie's list coupon for $100.00 for drainfield and 5.00 for tank pumping.

John and his crew provided expert work and outstanding customer service in repairing/replacing my specific tank/system at a fair and affordable price. I called John's office manager and detailed my challenge. She efficiently relayed to him my challenge, he called me and came out right away. He explained everything, presented me options for the repair and assisted me in making the best decision on how to proceed. He worked me into his schedule, and showed up on time as agreed. He and his crew were kind and caring about my property and kept any disturbance to my landscape and yard to a minimum. John's experience and the quality crew he employs made my job totally stress free. I want to add, that the above is consistent with John's performance as this is the second time, different job, that I have hired him to perform for me.

The provider was very professional, very competent, explained everything in detail and did not try to sell something that was not needed.

What can you say they pumped out the tank . They were here when they said they would be the operator was courteous and friendly.

He came within a half an hour of me calling. He did not charge me anything since he did not do any work. Our septic tank did not need any work done. He was very pleasant, so nice and polite in my home.

They explained in great detail the whole process of the site evaluation about what needed to be done and how they will go about doing it. They spent time looking at other options or alternatives to what I was looking at doing and as far as I was concerned, they made me a better informed consumer going forward and doing what I was doing. My interaction with them has been great and the work that they did turned out excellent. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

It went very well. The owner kept me updated with the progress of permits and what the workers would be doing. They left the job site level and graded
