Excellent company to do business with. Had a new septic tank and drain field installed. They left the area neat and clean and perfectly prepared for new sod replacement. Customer service was excellent.

Acme Environmental Services LLC did a great job. They were always polite and professional. They kept me informed of when they would arrive. On the day of service they called me about an hour before the service and advised me that they were running about 30 minutes early. They arrived on time. He found the tank and inspection cover, pumped the tank out (it had been 16 years) put everything back and raked the surface level. After a night and day of rain, the surface is still smooth and level. I would highly recommend them and would hire them again.

John was quick to get the job done. The inspection with the county went off without a hitch. I got other quotes and Acme was 20% lower than the others. Seem like honest hard working crew.

They installed a new septic drain field for me in a very timely and efficient manner. Their pricing was good (compared to other proposals) and they cleaned up very nicely after they were all done. The only issue I have is one they warned me about (and I acknowledged): They had to dig up one of my irrigation zones and told me they couldn't be responsible for repair. I'm still trying to get that zone working properly, but it isn't an easy thing to do.

Carl was excellent. He walked us through the system as he inspected. We will defiantly call them again for any future service.

They did a complete removal and install of a new septic tank and drain field. John made sure all my questions were answered. He also made sure that nothing would be a surprise at the last minute. Was very happy with the work they performed. The crew were very professional and did a great job. My only concern is when one guy glued the pipe together there was a leak at the joint which he promptly added more glue, but I thought the glue needed to be put inside. He told me that it would not leak. I would hire them again!

Excellent service, came when he said he would, finished rather quickly, no problem since, definitely would recommend.

Very friendly and knowledgeable workmen. While the work was postponed several times, this is common in Florida during the rainy season and totally expected. Quality work, good communications, expert service. My property gave them extra problems due to its slope and layout, but they worked around these problems and did a fine job. They also made sure that everything was cleaned up and completely to my satisfaction before leaving the site. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for septic installation!

Had to have tank and gravity drainfield replaced. Not happy with soil determination and pumped system. I recommend independently hiring a geotechnical engineering firm or registered soil scientist to determine soils and seasonal high water table, which will determine gravity or pumped drainfleld. Health Dept will follow engineer or soil scientists recommendation. Workmanship and workers skilled. I stayed home for two days to help with construction coordination mostly to keep irrigation system from being extensively damaged. ACME Communication throughout could have been better.
