Water Works gave me an estimate on Monday and by the following Monday they had a small army at my home and completed the job in about 4-5 hours! Everything works as planned and the grass is already greener. Their price was fair ($1700 for 3 zones, 18 heads and pump installation; I had already purchased the well and pump). Good company to work with! Thanks!

Issue with sprinkler system was poor manufacturer instruction. The repair team gave me the instructions I needed and double checked a few other things.

Very responsive to all queries. Offered a winter discount for the install which I was happy to take advantage of. They even installed the smart timer I bought. Unfortunately they cut the fiber cable for my cable and internet however it was NOT their fault and they were quick to notify me so I could get it rectified through my cable company who didn't appropriately mark the cables like they were supposed to.

These guys were great. Showed up on time and did the work I asked them to do. They did it quickly and at a very reasonable price. I would recommend them.

Everything was great except the workers never asked me if there was any areas of my yard that they needed to try and avoid like I was told they would. So they put the pipes in the middle of the side of my home where I was installing a dog run. And I'm putting in a pool and they put them in that area too. So now they will have to be moved once I instal my pool. Everything else works fine. The owner gave us a military discount and the service was quick!

Prompt, professional service. I located the problem, purchased parts I thought I needed to make the repair to the water line myself, made a plan for the repair, but lacked the courage to complete. Thought I might make the broken water line problem worse. Water works contacted me to fix the line. I was elated, and relieved. Steve and Jacob arrived when scheduled, assessed the problem, and accomplished the repair to the water line very quickly. They assessed my plan, but suggested that they had another idea which would make the repair much more secure. I agreed! Very reasonable cost. Would highly recommend!

I called to explain the problem with my sprinkler system and they were able to address my concerns over the phone. The customer service over the phone was great. Joey found the problem pretty quickly. The price was definitely reasonable and they worked quickly. He even took time to explain to me how to work my new timer. I would recommend them again and use their services if I ever need a repair.
