Water Works employee's were very professional and completed the work in just over two hours. Their estimate and the bill were exactly the same. I was very impressed with their team work.

They showed up on time and completed my repairs in less than an hour. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends.

The repair guys showed up on time and explained the situation with bad electrical components. The price was pretty good for all they did.

The service work was very good. Called the office the day of service,left a message twice and never got a call back.

I was first quoted a price of about $180, then I was told about $200, and finally the price was $240. This all occurred in about 15 min. The work was good and done quickly.

Problem = leaking Pressure Vacuum Breaker Crew provided time and labor estimate up-front. Work performed within time and labor estimates. Crew was professional, helpful and patient with my questions. Replacement part was about twice what I could have purchased it for online.

Great work by the Water works folks. I had to have a sprinkler pump replaced (old one siezed up). They were timely in their respone to my problem and very considerate of our schedule. They provided a very fair estimate (on both parts and labor), scheduled the work in advance (had to order parts), and actually showed up at 7:15 to accomplish the work. I'm pleased with the quality of their service and professionalism. When I have a problem with my sprinkler system, these are the guys I'm going to call.

Very prompt in response time . The whole crew was polite and friendly as well as efficient. They helped us in a crisis and were able to help us avoid a water disaster (i.e. the sprinkler would not shut off!). The staff had to return to complete the project and they kept us informed during the entire process. We want to hire them again in the future to install a well. We would recommend their qualityservice and professionalism to anyone! They explained the entire bill-right down to the penny! They arrived on time., went to work w/o delay and completed all the tasks in a short period of time. I observed them use their HEADS and I was very leased with their work.

Totally unprofessional and they refuse to complete the job. I have a pump that is not put back on my well and my sprinklers still don't work, it's going on three weeks since I first contacted them. If there is a issue/problem, they will not answer their phone, this includes the boss, his service personnel and his well guy. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS, YOU WILL GET TERRIBLE SERVICE, OR NONE AT ALL!

They were prompt in coming out to give me an estimate for a sprinkler system in our front yard. He made recommendations, answered all my questions, even the ones I forgot to ask. The installation was equally prompt, efficient and well done. I will definetively recommend them and have them come back out to take care of the back yard.

They arrived at around 8 a.m. with about 7or 8 workers...They were a coordinated team, didm't waste any time and were done by noon...If you need a sprinkler system, don't call all around, just hire this company and you are going to be satisfied.

From the beginning Water Works was very fast to give a fast and fairly priced quote. The installation crew arrived on time and were very professional. The crew was very thorough and made sure my installation needs were met. At completion of the job, the crew fully cleaned up any dirt and debris that was left over from the install. Before they left, I was given a full tutorial on how to run my new sprinkler system. I will definitely be using them to finish my landscaping project in my back yard.

Call back was quickly done. Technicians arrived on time. I showed them my problem, they made other suggestions which were very good. The problem & suggestions were all completed within an hour. Work is outstanding. Polite & courteous. I would recommend them.

They did not "milk" the job for more money. Could have provided more service by instucting on the use of the system.
