The tech was on time for my 7 am appointment(actually a little early which was great!), polite, friendly, and he explained everything clearly. Very thorough. Obviously knew what he was doing!

Great team. During installation the water meter piping broke because of the downward angle of the original installation. They contacted the water company and continued to work while it was being repaired. They provide a one-year warranty and did a nice cleanup too.

This group fixed a problem that was by passed by previous companies. A problem that was simple and quickly identified and fixed instead of costing me a lot of $$. I wish I had contacted/contracted/hired Water Works sooner. Thank you Water Works!

This Company is beyond amazing. I had an emergency (sod being laid in two days and sprinkler system wasn't working correctly). I called and was told it would be next week. I explained the issue and Sheryl told me to hold on and then said "how about tomorrow afternoon?" They showed up at 3:30 and worked nonstop until the system was repaired and up and running. They did finish until 8:30 pm. Don't know many folks that would have stayed until the job was finished. Guys were wonderful and very thoughtful. Would hire them again and highly recommend them!!

I purchased a Wifi Rachio sprinkler controller and luckily these guys were up for the challenge of setting it up considering our outdated system. The owner researched it and came down to see what we'd need. We ended up needing to have solenoid valves installed in addition to the controller. The installers did a great job and the area that was dug up looked better after they cleaned up which is impressive. They made sure the app worked correctly before they left. It looks great and works perfectly. Thanks! Would hire again for any sprinkler needs.

These guys worked steady all day. Never saw them take a break and the temperature was 90+. They cleaned up afterward. Hard working. Congrats to these guys.

Techs were very polite & personable. Replaced the OLD timer checked all heads was good to go! No mess to clean up. After they finished, they stepped next door and helped my 85 yr old Neighbor reset her timer !!! Great Guy deff., will be recommending! Thanks

They on time and did a great job installing the system. Only draw back is all the trenches in the yard. They don't remove sod before install and replace. Great company and service.

Work done as promised in a timely manner!

On site techs were very polite & personable. Found first two zone valves very quickly using locator equipment, but finding the third took quite a bit of time. Techs were very apologetic. One valve isn't working, and techs have had to reschedule a visit when a different type of locator equipment is available (2-weeks). Hope to have a completely successful outcome next Friday. Techs and office scheduler were very professional. I would not hesitate using them again and will certainly recommend Water Works Sprinkler Systems to my friends and neighbors.
