Eric and his crew arrived on time with all materials needed to perform the installation. All question/concerns were addressed and answered by Eric. All major components were Rain Bird and everything works as advertized. Everything is included in the quote, they have people come out to locate and mark various underground lines or pipes. When the job is complete there will be some mounding along the pipe lines, but, it settles back down. If it does'nt they're happy to come out and correct it. Bottom line, the price, the quality parts and the professional installment made me a satisfied customer!

He was on time and called to confirm the appointment prior to his arrival. Not only did he service my system, but he gave me troubleshooting tips for the future and he ensured that I understood how to operate the system. That is great customer service.
