Anytime I have ever had an issue, Alicia devises a courteous and immediate solution with amazing customer service. Alicia changed my account to the proper "pick-up" listing, and she has always been available to help with any question I may have-even if it pertains to accounts other than my own. The men who handle my tippy carts are polite and respectful when removing my trash. Thank you, Waste Pro USA!

+ -1 moreTerrible! The last two pick up times they did not empty my trash, just drove on by. I called the Milton florida office both times and nothing was done. I guess they do not care. I will contact my county commissioners tomorrow to see about getting the service I paid for!

Description of Work: Waste Pro cancelled service to my area without letting us know they were doing so. They came and picked up their trash can and we didn't know why. I would never use their service again.

+ -1 moreI use them weekly. They charge 60 bucks every 3 months. They are good. I have no problems with them. I don't have much contact with them. They just come every week same day and pick up the garbage. I will continue to use them.
