Description of Work: They collect our waste each week and never leave trash. However, the monthly cost is much higher than other companies who provide the same services. The waste container provided by the company is sometimes damaged by the company workers, and they are extremely slow at providing repairs. We have had a broken wheel for two weeks and have no indication of when they will provide repairs--not the first time this has happened.

Description of Work: They were great. We did not have to go into the office to sign up, we just called them to sign up. They provided trash pick up 2 times a week. Once a week they provided recycling as well.

+ -1 moreI have been using this company for many years (approx. 8) and have had no complaints until this past couple month. Every week they are turning up a day late (they keep missing out Mondays pick up) I am tired of calling their office to complain and getting the same bad service. The price seems to also go up every 3 months and I now think it's too expensive... since the service is now bad! I am going to cancel and find another company that wants my business. I don't recommend them and it's a shame after I have been with them for so long!

Description of Work: Waste Management come out twice a week to collect my garbage.
