+ -1 moreTurner Heating and Air did an excellent job removing the old package unit ( they're heavy) and installing the new unit. Jim Turner stayed in contact with us throughout the whole process of ordering, delivery and installation. He is very knowledgeable of the business and could answer any question I asked, in detail. Jim worked with his sons and an associate on the job. They were punctual, courteous, and went the extra mile to make sure we were completely satisfied with the installation and operation of the new unit. Jim set up, explained and demonstrated the operation of the new digital thermostat that came with the unit and called the next day to make sure everything was working properly. I got four estimates for the unit and installation. Turner Heating and Air was by far the best price. We would definitely use Turner Heating and Air in the future and recommend them to anyone having HVAC needs.
Description of Work: Provider replaced a 17 year old Rheem package unit ( AC and furnace in one unit that sits outside the residence) with a new Carrier 16 seer package unit.
