Tops Appliance

i called the shop and described everything to a man who told me to bring the part in for a bench test. when i did there was a rude woman on duty who went out of her way to talk down to me, explaining that i had done it wrong and that there was nothing more to do. when i asked about the bench test she said looking at the part was all she needed to do and that there was nothing wrong with it and the problem had to be elsewhere. but while she was saying all this she gave me a little plastic piece for the knob and said that might fix it. it did fix it but her attitude was so terrible i would never go back to that store for anything. looking back at it she knew all along what was wrong but was either so defensive or so evil she had to go thru that whole fake diatribe.
