Yes Fred and his team over at Titan really came through for our Sunroom project. We are very please and satisfied with everything. Definitely recommend Titan Sunrooms for all Sunrooms and Sunscreen projects.

I contacted them over a year ago on a verbal recommendation to get a free estimate on a 1970s home that I was looking at buying on Okaloosa Island. The home had all single pane windows and every door had not been updated I think since the home was built. A year later after I had purchased the home the same sales rep came buy to finalize the estimate. He was very professional, answered all my questions and was able to make changes to my order on the spot and give me an updated cost of instillation and purchase. I chose Titan because they did all the work with their own guys. They were not just windows guys. I was worried that when they started to remove the windows that they were going to find wood rot and other damage under the window. This was a big selling point for me. They said that if any problems arose while they were installing the windows; if it would be just a simple fix they would just complete it, and if it was bigger than a simple fix they would give me an estimate to allow me to decide how to proceed. They also were very conscious about not leaving any open holes in the house. After the contract was signed it took about 3-4 weeks for the windows to come into their shop and for them to get a team to my house. It was a crew of two guys. John the team lead was great. You could tell he knew what he was doing and was very professional about what they were going to do, how they were going to do it and their time line. I am a single home owner so while I stayed at the house most of the first day I was able to leave the door open for them to come in the next morning and they locked upped the home in the evening. They would either text or call me when they came or left the home. I would try to pop in a couple times during the day and just check on progress. The same team of two guys did the windows, doors, and shutter installation. The job took one extra day than expected due to the weather but everything was completed to perfection! Luckily we did not find any problems in any window or door sill. The only issue was one door I purchased was about a 1/4" to wide and 3" to short for the jam. They broke out their tools and took a half inch off the door sill and you cannot even tell a difference. Everything was absolutely seamless. The office guys were very cordial and every time I talked with them they knew who I was and did their best to accommodate my schedule!!! Price of contract was price paid and job took one extra day due to weather!! AAAA++++ company! Fantastic company that was recommended to me and I will recommend to others who are getting windows/doors and their bread and butter Sun-rooms completed.

Titan was excellent. The sales rep came out and listened to what we wanted and gave us suggestions. Other companies tried to convince us to do something different than we envisioned. WIth Titan, we got exactly what we asked for. Edd came out to pour the concrete. He was very prompt and showed up exactly at the time promised. The screen room was built by Bob and his helper. They were also prompt and came when promised. The construction moved along quickly and our screen room was up in less than a week. They kept the work area neat and cleaned up after themselves. We are very pleased with the results and highly recommend Titan to anyone needed a sunroom or screenroom.

Took two workers three days to complete the project and they did a great job. Product design and on-site service was outstanding.

I had an excellent experience with them. I am very, very pleased. They were very reasonably priced. Their design technique for the sunroom was far superior than any of the others that I saw. Their workmanship was exceptional.

We stayed in contact via phone and all expectations were verbalized in contract. They were on time, cleaned their mess, and finished in one day. Did a wonderful job. I have told all my friends.

This company was very professional from Ryan in Sales, Bob and Eddie, who did the work, to Fred, the owner. The whole process took about 6 weeks, but we were told that ahead of time and prepared for that. Bob and Eddie were FANTASTIC! They went above and beyond to make sure that this sunroom that we had been saving for seven years (since Ivan ate our flimsy aluminum patio cover) was everything we wanted and then some. We probably could have gotten a room built for a cheaper price, but we were so impressed with this company at the time of the estimate that we cancelled the other appointments with other companies because it just "felt right". And our first impressions were confirmed over and over throughout the project. We are not the easiest people to do a big project for as I am very very much a perfectionist, but throughout the whole project, Fred, Bob and Eddie made it clear that they wanted it to be everything we hoped for and it is! If you go with this company, ask for Bob and Eddie as your build team- you won't regret it!

We called for estimate and Ryan promptly called and made appointment to come. He was prompt, spent considerable time with us discussing our needs and what we wanted. We immediately signed contract for work. We were told it would be about 7-8 weeks, which was fine and were glad we were given the time frame. Someone came the next week to measure the windows we needed replaced. John and Adrian were the installers. They arrived promptly on the day they were sceduled. We immediately were pleased with them and the communication between them and us as to what was going on. They also advised us each day when they were leaving for lunch. The job they did was outstanding, and we had a lot of fun during the day joking and kidding with them, as they continued to maintain focus on what they were doing. THe job entailed 6 days but they John and Adrian worked diligently to do they job as it should be done. Thanks, guys! Fred, the owner, was also awesome in communicating with us and told us that he wanted us to be 100% satisfied. Well, Fred, we are. The room is awesome, we are really enjoying it and our two "house" cats are probably enjoying as much, if not more. We would recommend Titan and are planning to use them in the future for other projects we need/want done.

They are very good. I would use them again. They charged $350 per window.

They did a great job. I am really happy with it. They said it was going to take four days, but it only took three days. They did quality work. The guys were really professional. They did everything as I was expecting. Price wise, it was a good chunk of change. I will use them again.

They kept us informed from the beginning what the status was. They did have a backlog of work so we had to wait about 7 weeks before they started but we knew that up front so it was not a problem. They called to let us know when they would be bringing the wall segments so we would not come home and find strange people in our yard. They started promptly, cleaned up after themselves, did excellent quality work and were very pleasant to deal with. I cannot recommend Bob and his crew more highly. A part had to be ordered for each door, he did it promptly, kept us informed of the status of the part and promptly came to install the part when it arrived.
