DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN! I have been trying to remedy several problems regarding the poor installation of my gutters for THE PAST FOUR MONTHS! The office manager, Joy, is more interested in drafting long messages delaying the repair process. Some of the major problems are: there were not enough down spouts installed. There is less than a 2" gap between the gutters that were installed and the edge of the roof leaving me unable to remove leaves! Additionally, this small opening does not allow water to drain from the roof into the gutters. Instead, the water just shoots over the entire gutter. I have included photos.

Both have leaks. One had to be redone by roofer and it still leaks. Other has leaks and may need to be completely redone also. I have asked for refund but have yet to receive it. Also learned that I overpaid.

It was not put on as described. He said it would be a two day job and ended up being a week. They left vent cover off and it rained into the inside of mobile home. The roof is not on square and it is just a really bent up rag tag job. The workers even worked in the dark on the roof, so you can only imagine the results. I found the company on BBB and thought he could be depended on, but was very disappointed. I would never use this company again and wouldn't want anyone else to be misled.

Good workers, great job, Honest company and reliable

Completed job quickly and on time but they obviously CAN NOT fix flat roofs. We have a spanish style stucco home approximately 2000 sq feet with 5 skylights. The hurricane damage was wind only (no trees on the roof) with the metal flashing having been blown off along the exterior of the house. The house continues to leak after multiple attempts by the company to fix the problem. When they did come out, all they did was rake some leaves off the roof and indicate that it was our fault for not cleaning the roof! The last time I spoke with them, they said they would have to check "the contract" before they came out again. Unfortunately, for us, we were strapped financially after the hurricane and gave them all the money we had to fix the roof over our heads. Left with no significant funds to hire another roofer, we have had years of sheetrock damage from chronic leaks all over the entire house as well as a termite infestation. We were told by the termite company that serviced us that it was probably from termites coming in from the roof area where there was moist rooting wood. Of course, they recommended we get a new roof to prevent further damage!
