We LOVED the service we received from Swisher Plumbing and have their names/numbers saved for future issues (shout out to Jacob & Dustin). I messaged them on a Saturday evening and got a response Sunday mid-morning. They were here about 10 minutes early on a Monday morning and reset our toilet within about 45 minutes. They were really nice and polite and professional. They had with them a few options if we wanted to upgrade or purchase an additional toilet. We will most DEFINITELY work with them again.

The plumber showed up and showed my husband what to do and didn’t charge a fee. Wonderful to work with.

The work was done professionally, but the price was outrageous...356.00 bucks for about one hours work...ouch! And that was with a discount because I paid with a check and not a credit card. That's more per hour than a cardio-thoracic surgeon, which is probably what he was prior to becoming a plumber. Outside of that, the cardio-thoracic plumber, and his nurse plumber assistant did a nice job.

The plumbers responded the same day, and even arrived earlier than the appointment. They rapidly detected the problem and fixed it.

It turned out that the faucet was bad and couldn't be fixed. The repairman didn't have a similar fixture on the truck and suggested that I pick one up that we liked and reschedule the appointment. There was no charge for that visit. We rescheduled for the next day and purchased a fixture at Lowes. He returned and installed it quickly, efficiently and at a fair price. In all it was a very pleasant and satisfactory experience. I would hire Swisher Plumbing again and highly recommend them.

Work has been done yet for a couple of reasons. Vendor responded very quickly and submitted a competitive quote. Will likely hire him after new tile is installed.

This was a great experience the guys were early gave me all the details of the work and got it done quick. This is the second time we have gone with them and would call them again when we need work done, no question!

The technician arrived on time, conducted few tests, determined what the problem was (hot water heater thermostat was set too low) and gave us an up-front estimate to fix it. We said ok, they did and now we have plenty of hot water. Very professional, great customer service and fair prices. Oh, and we got a coupon, too! Will definately call them again should the need arise. Thank you!
