Oh my gosh! Unbelievably awful! You have no Idea! Having known Esra (the owner), I was glad to see him on the job sight. That really changed...an in a hurry. He worked on average 2 -3 hours a day and was constantly complaining about my builder being on him to do a good job. Well, Sweeneys laziness delayed construction completion by 2 months on my new home. He could do nothing right. He would show up anywhere from 10am to 2pm to start work......A good day had him working for three hours. A bad day consisted of him complaining for an hour, and then leaving. He would show up to the job site with pretty severe tremors...and his paint job reflected it. Could not paint in a straight line; would touch up his errors with the wrong paint color; allowed the dark stain of the exterior decking to drip down a completely different paint color (did not fix it). He did not trim out the excess paint on the windows, nor did he complete the interior paint job. Our punch list of things he needed to correct prior to final payment were not even touched; he just pulled the tape markers off the interior and exterior walls and said job complete. There were parts of the exterior walls that were not even painted..Mr Sweeney said "who cares, you can't see it". Lets see, I think primer and paint makes a pretty good barrier against wood rot. Well....anyway........The final straw which broke our camel's back........ Our contractor gave us a certified check to pass to Esra (about 1200 bucks) when the punch list was done. When Mr Sweeney arrived to address the many errors and ommisions...after 45 minutes of walking around and not doing anything...he said "job done.... pay me". My wife told him.."well, you haven't done anything!" Well, one thing esra can do is cuss in a big way......he dropped more "bad bombs" on my wife.....to also include things about her ancestry....well.....you get the idea. He was asked off the job site....told my builder that he was not welcomed back....he then threatened my builder over the phone.....well...I don't think you should allow Esra and his tremors on your property.....good luck and take care.....
