We are a military family and do not live in the area. Marsha was great and was able to work directly with the tenants to schedule a time for the inspection and cleaning. We need some other repairs and the turn around was very minimal. I will definitely use them again.

Our fireplace required extensive work to make it safe which we learned from the inspection. They are coming This week for repairs. Owner and staff very professional, competent, and on time. No high pressure to "make" us do anything. Just showed us (with pictures taken inside our fireplace) what was wrong. Once fixed, we will use this company annually to clean and inspect our fireplace

Customer service was excellent. Called ahead with expected show times and for updates on any delays. Service provider (Patrick Buell) was very professional and courteous. He protected furniture and explained process before starting. He was fast and efficient and did not try to BS us on what needed to be done, or what we did not need. He inspected everything and was honest about condition of our system. He was very thorough and very professional and provided tips on maintaining/using our system to best advantage. The price for the work was very reasonable and better than expected. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone.........Very pleased......
