+ -1 moreThey were great. My house was out of warranty at the time, but I had called to voice my concerns about the toilet before that, so they came out and honored the warranty regardless. It was great that they stood behind their work. They were very nice and the problem was fixed.
Description of Work: They fixed a toilet leak. They replaced a wax seal on the toilet.

+ -1 moreWe have had an excessive amount of plumbing problems for a brand new home. Everything is still under warrenty, but I am not very satistifed with their work. They fixed the problems so far, but we shouldn't have this many problems for a new home.
Description of Work: They did some plumbing for us.

Description of Work: Siwicki was subbed by my awesome contractor. Plumbed out 2 showers, three toilets, and a jetted tub. The jetted tub had no hot water and they promptly fixed that. My problem was that within 5 months of moving into my shiny new home, all my tolets failed. All three. Think about that one. After about 20 calls to Siwicki, I complained to my contractor. That got the only return call from Silwicki. Unfortunately, I was mowing my pasture and did not hear the phone. About 20-30 calls back to Silwicki....... none of them returned....I gave up and called the manufacturer. They sent me the Much Needed parts. The plumbing was warrantied for a year. Service was non existant. There is a Siwicki billboard sign out in front of the old Reggies Restaurant...I want to spit on it every time I drive by. Talks about his ex Marine heritage implying honesty and integrity. He does his old corps a great dishonor by his lack of integrity and professionalism. I mean really!
