Perhaps the job was over his head and he did not want to say that. Continual excuses about why things were taking so long (timeframe promised was 7-10 days and after 2 1/2 months job was not completed); non-responsive and did not show up as promised. Also, parts of the job were done incorrectly. Regret ever giving him the job.

Disturbingly poor communication. Regularly missed promised arrival times, committed many mistakes when finally arrived. Removed appliances without permission. Took over a month of calls to get someone back to finish the job. When they returned to install outdoor water (they cut the lines and didn't restore originally), the install was done incorrectly, water lines hanging free for dozens of feet under the house. Calling another company to repair, this outfit is not coming back to my property, EVER.

He will take money "for a service call" and never come back. Leads you on and then after weeks or so later (approx 3 to 4 for this instance) he lets you know he is now unable to complete the job. He came out to take a look, said he would have to order a part to fix the issue and get back with us ASAP. So nothing was fixed at the service call- and the issue is in fact unsafe to use- so unusable. After not hearing from him for a bit, we followed up. He firsts gives excuses, gives new expected times, etc., then he lets you know a few weeks later he is not able to complete said job. Now back to square one, and out of $125 just to be lead on when we could have found someone else to complete the job weeks prior if he would have simply been honest, etc. Horrible service and do not recommend. AND we are not first time customers. We now remember why we previously stopped using his services before. We recently saw him out and about, so when issue came up, we gave him a call. Never again.

Started off ok, but he would never keep appointments or deadlines. For months he told me permitting was being acquire, then texted to let me know he wouldn’t be finishing the job we agreed on. He had already taken and cashed my check for half the agreed amount. He’s told me that he would mail a check, but back to square one, missed appointments and deadlines. Hughes waste of time and resources. No respect for my time or situation. Unapologetic.

It went great! That price included labor and parts. He is the owner, he does the work. He is prompt and did a great job with cleaning up. He is one of the better service providers that I have used.
