Ryan was very courteous and on time with a call before coming. But, after he left I turned on the new TV and no matter what I did, the volume would not stay on. Had to call a neighbor who finally got it working. The other TV Ryan installed on the wall was previously in another room. Last night the channels would not change. Cox fixed over the phone. No call back from RMI since I called and left message this morning. Now 3:00 PM
