Description of Work: I was having trouble with a hardware upgrade, so I called him up. He patiently walked me through the whole thing, and didn't charge me a dime for the call. Such a great guy!

 + -1 moreHe was very knowledgable with reasonable prices. He actually picked up the computers from our house since he was passing by our area. He kept in frequent communication via text. When one hard drive had internal issues, he found a great price on an upgraded SSD. Both older laptops were returned working much better than before. The Mac with the new SSD was better than new and lightning fast. We wouldn't hesitate to contact him again if needed.
Description of Work: Installed fresh operating systems on Mac and PC laptops, installed a new SSD on the Mac, and cleaned computers on the inside.

Description of Work: I spilled juice on my computer and PC Done Right tried to clean it and get it running, but no luck. He then saved all my files so I didn't lose anything. Anyone that keeps files on a computer understands how valuable that is! PC Done Right is run from home, but don't be fooled because Sean knows computers!

 + -1 moreDaughter told me she was haveing problems with her laptop two days before heading back to collage from spring break. Called Mr. Potter around 11AM Saturday morning and he remote in to laptop from another job he was on and had laptop clean of virus and running great within a few hours. Also added malware protection for free. Will be calling soon to work on wife's PC.

 + -1 moreSean Potter arrived as scheduled. Was very polite, very professional and got right into cleaning up my computer. He went through several tasks, replaced some inner parts in the hard drive, saw to it that everything was running sufficiently. He even made it more streamlined for me to get to the places I needed to in the computer faster. He is quite knowledgeable in fixing the problems and once he was finished he told me not to hesitate to call him if there was any more concerns or any other computers/laptops he can assist with. If I have any other issues involving computers I will definitely call Sean Potter.
Description of Work: My computer was very slow, constantly not responding, took forever to read any e-mails and was not able to respond to e-mails because of problems staying connected. Very frustrating, very time consuming. Was not able to use it to good use for the what it is I need to do on the computer.

 + -1 moreI was very impressed with his professionalism and the timely manner in which service was preformed. The price was lower then I expected. I was very impressed and would recommend him to anyone that might be in need of a good and honest computer repair guy.
Description of Work: My company computer crashed and I couldn't retrieve vital information. I called PC done right and Sean came over within a couple hours ( it was 6:30 pm). He was able to get me totally back up and running by the next morning.
