+ -1 moreI called after hours but Jerry called back early the next day after I called him. He was friendly and warm on the phone, and we set up an appointment for him to measure the window. It was double paned glass so he had to order it, but he called an hour after the measurement appointment with an estimate, and had it all fixed the next day. He was surprisingly friendly and warm, on the phone and in person. It was a genuinely pleasant experience, all the way around.
