About us

Monatec Solutions is a managed service provider for the Florida Panhandle and surounding areas. What that means is that we provide computer repair and solutions for residential and commercial. We are a full service IT shop that works with desktops, laptops, and of course servers. We are privacy focused, and stand behind our work. Our company started in early 2023 as a family owned and operated shop. It serves commercial solutions such as on-site support, phone systems, email and cloud storage systems and even website design!

For home users we offer in-home troubleshooting for computer and laptop devices, Home automation system installation and upgrades, Starlink installation, and home network support. With Monatec you never have to come to us, we come directly to you! Our pricing does not contain any hidden fees so you can be certain the price quoted, is the price you'll pay! For our commercial customers we offer on-site troubleshooting as well for desktops, laptops, servers, and point of sale systems. In addition we offer phone system upgrades and repairs, Email and Cloud storage hosting, and website design with SEO optimization. If your shop needs more network drops, or if the wifi doesn't reach to a certain location that needs it, we can fix that! If you need server upgrades, or new servers to start with we can help with that!
