+ 0 moreThere customer service does not exist.Went to store FOUR Times to have someone come out and look at bathroom floor which is coming up in spots.We bought padding which was suppose to keep spots from coming back though to the carpet.This did not work.They never came out even after saying Four times someone would be here and not calling to say they could not make it.I would never use these people or tell anyone to use them.

Description of Work: Had to have my rental house re carpeted and they did around 1300 sq ft. Even though they were slammed with other jobs they were able to work me in when other people took days to just call me back. Second time I have used them.
